Excellent older hotel. Could use new carpeting, but everything is clean and well cared for. Relaxing onsen, Excellent restaurant on the fifth floor with a nice view, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff who tries to speak English and very accommodating. Made arrangements for me to get to the crane reserve in time to see the birds wake up. Within walking distance of the samurai homes that you can tour. I will definitely return next year.

Intention was to stay here for 4 nights. After the first I canceld and moved to another hotel. The carpet had been wet and drought up, so you could see where it was wet. No real proper sheets, all bad! Never go there. My view was to a tiny backyard, other guests were load in the morning at 6 am
