front desk lady @8:48am friday december 23rd lady was rude doesn’t know how to be respectful nor nice. thank y’all don’t book here. she needs to be switched out with someone else or talked to about respecting everyone that walks into the building

I hate to say this but we checked into a room that would knock you over with a strong mildew/mold smell. We asked to be moved to another room, and it was worse. The air conditioner had been running and the room was so moist, it felt like the carpet was wet during our entire stay. Would caution if you have allergy issues. Otherwise clean, but hard to stay in smell wise.

Perfect Model for the Brand

I was happy to stay at this location after having some less than perfect stays at other properties. Check in was very quick. Property was up to date, clean and quiet. The only thing I would change would be to have a wall thermostat instead of the control on the wall unit for AC.

The two lady’s that helped me on my two night stay excelled at customer service and had great personality thank to them enjoyed my stay. Room and bathroom was amazingly clean and bed nice and soft thank you

We chose this place because of its close proximity to where we were visiting. Michael told me of the spacious rooms offered, rooms with 2 King beds, free breakfast, fitness room, pool,etc. This place was easy access coming west from Louisiana. It's located in Jacinto City(John Ralston Exit)the best markers being Salt grass Restaurant and the Cinema Movie building. Surrounding this hotel in walking distance just outside the entrance is shopping, restaurants, a Bakery Outlet and much more. Did I forget to mention that Michael,Chris and Alexander were awesome Front Desk staff. Thanks for your hospitality. Bragging rights :well appointed rooms with well lit bathroom which also was equipped with full sized J R Watkins shampoo and body wash. I needed a ladder to climb in to bed. Well worth it as the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Made for a very restful sleep. Breakfast :the usual plus oatmeal, eggs and a choice of 3 meats and a very nice and spacious seating area. This is my place of choice. I have checked in to many HI properties. This one stole my heart Beyond Belief.
