DIRTY
The room we were given had not been cleaned--there was food on the floor. A disgrace especially when advertising enhanced cleaning during the pandemic! We had to go out and purchase cleaning supplies to make sure our room was actually cleaned and disinfected!! Also, they do not adequately salt/cinder areas around hot tub and pool--we saw 2 people slip and fall backwards to the ground on the icy pavement around the hot tub. Do not understand how this is a Marriott property. I paid for room with Marriott points (as we are frequent Marriott guests). I asked for a refund of my points considering the dirty room and us needing to purchase supplies and clean ourselves--I was only refunded 1 night's stay and feel I should have been better compensated but this speaks to the managements lack of care/concern of proper cleaning and sanitizing during this pandemic. I would NOT recommend.
Jackson airport closed Apr-June
Nice hotel in the arts section of downtown attached to other buildings and not a stand alone hotel. Staff were accommodating and nice. Rooms were clean and as expected for a Springhill. Jackson airport will be completely shut down from April-June for remodeling so plan accordingly for your summer vacation.

I am a gold Hilton member and we have been staying in Hilton properties all year. During Covid the staff at Hilton have been consistently rude, un-engaging and all amenities are completely shut down. What a refreshing change to stay at this Marriott property and be greeted by friendly staff the entire stay. Their amenities, such as breakfast buffet and hot tub, pool and gym are all still open because they found a way to safely run them instead of just closing everything like Hilton. Breakfast is served for you, huge selection and it was nice to see the manager jump in and help serve when the line got a bit long on Saturday morning. This is an example of how thoughtful the staff are all around! Rooms are beautiful, very clean. The location is perfect to walk into town for dinner and drinks. Free covered parking across the street too. Will definitely stay again.
Fantastic Stay in Jackson!
As a Titanium Elite Marriott member I stay at a lot of Marriott properties and for the level and price this was a very nice property. Location is right in the heart of downtown Jackson but a block off so quiet. Breakfast was nice with bacon, eggs, pastries, etc. Staff were amazing and so friendly. We will definitely stay here when back.
Great experience
Beautiful newer hotel. Our room was clean and most we encountered were social distancing and wearing their masks. This hotel like others in Jackson Hole are very expensive most of the time. Thankful for my Marriott rewards points. Was able to use for the stay. Well worth saving those points for places like this. Great Breakfast. The ladies that served us did a wonderful job. All the normal choices the buffet would have had. Unlike some of the other Marriott property we had been too just weeks before, they did not use COVID as an excuse not to provide. They were able to make it work even in the midst of the challenges, for that we are very THANKFUL for each.
