Housekeeping slams doors, they never escalate anything
Staying for a few weeks. Housekeepers slam the doors loudly at 9am and it's very rude. People who stay nearby are loud. I called to escalate and obviously they did nothing about it. I'm tired of it. They

DO NOT GO HERE
Hello. Me and my girlfriend stated at Extended Stay on Monday because we are 19 years old and it was the inly local hotel that allowed us to check in at that age. I checked my bank account and saw that the hotel charge $79 was taken out...but then i also see that 1 payment of $25 and two payments of $50 were taken out. I called and asked why just now and they said it was because of a "smoking fee". I was assigned room 240 and not only did the smell of cigarette smoke hit me and my girlfriend in the face when we opened the door, i also had to open the window and let it air out because the scent was SO strong. We noticed that the fire or smoke alarm was also taken off the wall and we thought it was a camera set up in the wall. In the end, we ended up having to leave early because we hate the smell of cigarettes and we both do not smoke. We also do not drink...AT ALL. So the fact that i was fined because of what someone who roomed in there before me did is crazy, and the fact that the house keeping didnt snitch on the people BEFORE me is even crazier because somebody had to tidy up the room before I got there, so you mean to tell me they didnt smell that? That's crazy. The room was GROSS,the hallway smelled disgusting going towards my room. Just a HORRIBLE experience and the WORST experience that I've ever had at a hotel so far.
NOT BAD FULLY BUT NOT GOOD EITHER
Receptionist was not present upon arrival for check -in had to wait entirely too much with kids antsy in the pants. We were told there was no Housekeeping due to COVID, so that made me think how are they cleaning and sanitizing the rooms after each guest? The HALLWAY had a cig smoke smell upon getting to the room assigned. Inside the room it had an ODD smell but doable I guess for the time being. When we requested extra pillows, blankets, towels " WE WERE TOLD THERE WERE NONE left! That was the last draw for me. If those issues wouldn't have been IT would have been an alright for one night Thing, definitely not for no extended stay, I know that!!!! And for it to be an EXTENDED STAY HOTEL and not have enough amenities for the guests is not good for business. Therefore I will not recommend anyone to this location ever. I will give another location a chance at some point in the near future.
