Best extended stay in jax
I have stayed at almost every Extended Stay in Jacksonville so far and I had to say this one is by far the greatest one I stayed out yet. Jelena and Laticin were so helpful. This is the first experience at a hotel where I felt more than at home. Everyone should pay them a visit 😍
Excellent customer service!
I highly recommend this hotel! This location has affordable rates for those looking to save a few dollars and still be in a decent place. Front desk attendant Sherena is very attentive and sensitive to guest needs which is a HUGE PLUS! Rooms are clean and so are the bathrooms, bedding is comfortable as well! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Stay from Hell!
Worst experience ever. We stayed because we have a dog. Hard to find places that accept pets. The room stunk terribly. No hot water for two days. Masks were not worn in the building in hallways or laundry. There is definitely prostitution going on. Drug deals in parking lot. Trash everywhere on grounds. Beer cans bottles etc. even whole pizza boxes thrown in bushes. My dog found a rubber in parking lot. Noisy. People arguing in rooms. Cops were called once while we were there. More prostitutes staying here than in a New Orleans whore house. Homeless people seemed to enjoy this location. My husband found one sleeping by fence in parking lot. Feral cats everywhere. Probably because a resident named Monica feeds them and leaves cat food sitting everywhere. I’d sleep in my car before I’d stay here again

The managemet staff at the Bay meadows hotel is very kind & professional. Enjoying my stay here. They treat their guess like its personal. They make sure we are in a safe environment and try to control any bad element on there property. Thank you! William D Cooper
Motel 8 would be an upgrade from this place!
STAY AWAY!!!!! We were in town for a local volleyball tournament and this hotel was on the list for places to stay near by. They charged us $109 a night which is fair for a clean room but this should have been priced at $39 a night. This was the dirtiest smelliest room I have ever been in and I have been in some bad ones back in college. After checking in and viewing the room we told the clerk the room was unfit for us to stay and she said we would still be charged for the first night regardless! I can understand being charged for the first night if you cancel but not if the room is unsanitary, smelly, stains all over the bed and pull out couch. The shower stall had a hole around the faucet and the hole room had a musky wet smelling odor to it. It was supposed to be a efficiency but there were no kitchen utensils, or dishes of any kind. The bed did not even have a bedspread just a sheet with a scratchy worn out blanket on it. We had to find another room further away as I couldn't have my kids stay in that filth...couldn't believe they charged us when we didn't stay! We will definitely share our experience with anyone else traveling to the area for volley tournaments in the future.
