I had an excellent stay here! The staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, and the room and front desk area was very clean. The shuttle service was fast and accommodating. Definitely recommend!
Frances at front desk was THE Best!!!

My husband and I had a terrible stay at a different hotel night before, stopped into the Springhill Suites lobby in the morning to reserve room for the rest of weekend. Explained a little to Frances of our past evening and she immediately jumped into action, consoling us, looking for available rooms and told us to go have breakfast while she handled everything! Such a pleasant, helpful, fantastic person she was; really turning the terrible start of our weekend here into a much better situation.
We grabbed some breakfast, which was delicious and everyone from the chef to staff were friendly and pleasant. Once we got to our room, it was clean, well furnished and homey. We briefly met the GM and expressed how wonderful Frances was and how excellent we were treated. Would recommend this hotel 100 times and would stay here as many more. Thank you Frances and the Springhill Suites staff.
Some bad, some very good!

The bad: I got a rare room with a bathtub, but discovered at 10 o’clock at night that the tub drain could not be closed, so the water ran out almost as fast as it came in.
Noise is definitely a factor, especially on the weekend.
The good: ERIC in the breakfast room! Best Marriott employee I have met in this whole pandemic year! Helpful, resourceful, kind. Front desk staff was also very good.
Much better choices are available on Airport Rd

Wish I had paid more attention to some of the earlier reviews. This was one of the noisiest hotels we've ever endured. Noises from the adjoining room, from that room's bathroom, from the room above and from the hallway penetrated the doors and walls. In recent travels (during pandemic), we've noticed that some hotels are much more conscientious about cleaning... not this Springhill Suites. And, while the hotel posted signs declaring masks mandatory, NO attempt was made to enforce the rule -- people wandered the lobby and hallways and even used elevators while maskless, and even checked in without masks. Some detector in the room (probably a smoke detector flashed a light during the night. And, in a room where a constant-on fan would have helped with noise dampening, the fan only ran when the heat came on. The Hampton Inn and Suites is only 50 yards away, and almost every hotel chain has a franchise on aone-mile stretch of Airport Rd. There was a hot breakfast, but again, patrons were maskless. Oh, did I mention the noise?
Super Thin walls/Loud Clientele

One of the worst hotel experiences I had. Super thin walls, you can hear every word and snore through them. The clientele also seems to be loud and rowdy, specifically on Saturday night. Only saving grace was hot breakfast.
