DO NOT stay here!!! Horrible service by the hotel AND customer service.
I booked weeks in advance, but when I got there (after waiting over an hour for someone to show up) they told me they over booked and I will have to find another hotel.
Customer service was of no help. After talking to countless people (and an hour later) they hung up on me.
The worst service I’ve ever received. Will never stay at a Travelodge again due to the treatment I’ve received.
Disgusting beyond words

DO NOT stay here, your life is and risk. Hotels is dirty and they do not clean up. Old food was left in the fridge, cigarette holes in sheets and carpet stained. Trash every where bums walking around. This is the most disgusting experience I ever had, i arrived around 1am and had a morning flight so I needed to just lay down. i wish I had just left and stayed at the airport cos my skin was crawling by next day
A filthy, disgusting, unsanitary room and even worse customer service - DO NOT EVEN THINK OF STAYING HERE!

The room was so disgusting, unsanitary, and repulsive that my son was forced to immediately check out rather than attempt to sleep in such decrepit conditions. Indeed, the room was so inhabitable that he had to drive three plus hours back home to Tampa in the middle of the night rather than sleep in the hotel room.
The room in question smelled of cigarettes. There were smoked marijuana butts and a used cotton swab on the floor. The bed was covered in hair and had what appeared to be bed bugs on it (my son described small black dots dispersed about the mattress). Additionally, the bedsheets were stained and there were no blankets on the bed. The shower was filthy and moldy and there were no towels in the room. My son went to the front desk to request towels and the front desk person handed him towels that were blood-stained. Moreover, there were roaches crawling all over the room.
When my son called me in absolute disgust and fear to inform me that he had no choice but to check out rather than attempt to sleep in such squalor, he advised me that there was a stray dog wandering the parking lot near the entrances to the rooms. He demanded a refund after advising the receptionist at the front desk that he couldn’t stay in such a disgusting room, but the receptionist advised my son that she wasn’t authorized to issue a refund. Instead, she informed my son to call “Liz” this morning at 8 am to request the refund.
Of course, I called the hotel this morning at (904) 741-4600 and, unbelievably, no one answered despite my multiple efforts to speak to someone. Furious, I called corporate and spoke to a number of representatives, including a manager named Tristan. The Wyndham representatives also tried to call the facility and reported that no one answered when they tried to call.
I demanded a refund immediately, yet, after multiple attempts to call the hotel (no one ever answers!) and multiple emails over the course of two days, no one from the hotel, or from Wyndham corporate, has contacted me. Absolutely atrocious!

Bedbugs, [ladies of the night], [jazz cigarette] smell, run down. Just everything is wrong with this place. We literally checked out after taking a five-ten minute look at the room. It was disgusting at every turn and the blood on the sheets from bedbugs was the final straw. I’m glad we looked before we set our stuff down on it.
DO NOT STAY HERE AT ALLL

This place is busted, broken, dirty, the cops are always here, there are drug deals all day and night, drug addicts, prostitution, fights, all night long in and out drug deals. No towels, broken plumbing, broken beds, no internet, broken tv and remotes, trash, no covid protocols or any serious cleaning. I found a heroin needle and paraphernalia in my room where i stayed with my kid and dog. And I only stayed because I had no real options due to immediate need, and finances. For $340 a week this place is a major crap hole.
