On arrival, had to switch to 3 different rooms in order to have one clean bed. The linen used had stains and were of the previous guests who had stayed. They did not chnage the linen at all. Hair strands were on the duvet and pillow. WC were badly stained. HK services needs to be enhanced. Overall, a average 2 night stay with in the close proximty of Airport.

I visited this place with my family@bhoj, ambience was good, great food with lots of choices...Prompt service and very polite staff, specifically to Mr ramesh ji for their courtesy. Thank you so much all team for your warm hospitality, and a special thanks to ramesh ji for take care us with warmness. We will visit here again soon. I love this place. Kudos👍

In this month i went Bjoj restaurant with family Relly nice decor . Mr. Ramesh is the manager there he is nice guys with smiling face . He suggested me about the menu . Service was excellent with In this winter food was hot & tasty Thankyou ramesh ji for warm hospitality

I am disappointed with housekeepers and GM ajay tiwari

I used to stay there with my family. I had found it a good hotel but they need to trained their staff. Staff is really terrible specially front deak and housekeepers. I had to face a worst experience which I can’t write here. I wanted to meet to GM mr ajay tiwari but he didn’t come at reception even they don’t have value of guests. I would like to say hotel vrisa you should wirk on your staff even they should kniw how to respect guests specially families

Stayed with family, it was really awesom stay,neat n clean rooms n outlets, amazing delicious food,specilly thanks to Mr.Mukesh front desk staff for instant n politly response for all requirmens. Keep it up team, we will surely visit again
