Good but can be improved by many simple things , the rooms are Good but some rooms has no views , you cannot visit any friends in the hotel as the lifts only work for one floor No measuring for temperature for the hotel visitors or precautions for covid 19
Amazing experience
Great location, very good food, nice furniture, calm. Special mention to the hotel staff, especially Hazem and Dunya from reception who are always ready to help. A great experience at a really fair price.
Attended a wedding
The place was very nice, Clean, Big room , great facilities, near from a lot of restaurants , pharmacy & Groceries . I had the pleasure to stay in this hotel for one night and I will visit again next time Breakfast was OK but need more improvement and I think all this because of the pandemic and Safety for the customers

Excellent front desk staff very friendly and professional.one staff member was extremely polite courteous and very professional. Will go a long way in this industry and the way she explained in detail about the check in and the property was commendable. Truly impressed with the staff and good luck to raddisson blu. I stayed with my colleagues at the Radisson Blu Jaddah Al Salam. It was a work trip for a month or so. 3 of us were staying in 113 suite, very comfortable I must say: - Room service was great, every time I went into the room felt like I was going in for the first time. - Same day fast laundry service - Food was yummy, they never said no to any reasonable requests - friendly chef. - The staff were always there with a smile to greet and a ready-hand to help. I must say Hazem Hizam is the perfect balance between hospitality and friendly, with a touch of smile. Runs a beautiful, lovely, and welcoming ship. He handled us with the utmost respect! (thank you so much for baring our crazy!) I definitely recommend the hotel. And please people be nice to the staff, no snapping fingers to call the waiters :| ugh! - Just because you pay for the stay and services, they ARE NOT YOUR SERVANTS.
