Dirty hotel

Extremely dirty room. Cigarette, trash, and food left in room. Hairs everywhere. Stained sheets and comforters with cigarette burns in them. Smelled old and musty. I did not have high expectations at a budget hotel, but I did expect it to be clean.

Rooms were over booked. When we got there we were told that we would have to just take what they had left. Would not let us talk to manager. Went to check the rooms and WOW the 1st room had not been cleaned at all beds bad pizza and boxes on bed. Pill bottles on dresser clothes on bed floor and in bathroom. Very nasty. 2nd room had RAT DROPPINGS on the bed. OH MY GoD I thought I was in a night mare! Finally got a refund ( I thought until I found out that I was charged twice for the rooms). Now I just want my refund back!!!!

No hot water

Didn't have a hot water knob. Rooms need a serious face lift. Everything was obviously done by an inexperienced contractor. Walls and floors not lining up ext. Smelt pretty bad and had to take a cold shower.

Let the pictures do the talking. This is how I found the room upon arrival. Pretty gross. Also, breakfast of milk in gallon jugs is left out in the lobby all day. I did the guest survey and got an email saying they would have a talk with their cleaning team. No suggestion of making it right for me. No refund. No discount. I had to call and ask for that and the woman who answered had no idea who the woman was who replied to the customer survey. She said they would call me back. They did not. $96 for one night in BFE in a dump. Also, no staff members were wearing masks even though it is mandated by the state. Water pressure went to a drip when the person next door turned on their shower.

It’s an old hotel. Could use a little updating of the rooms and the property. It was pretty clean as clean as an old outdated property could be. I have read a lot of really bad reviews. But it’s really not that bad just an older property. You can only get it so clean.
