Our family has always had an excellent experience at the Inbal. The staff is attentive and the breakfast is the best. The business lounge is great. The gym does need. Ew equip. We can stay anywhere and we always choose the Inbal.
Second part of our Honeymoon

This was the second leg of our Honeymoon and to sum it up in two words it would be “Too short” Upon our arrival, we were told we got a double upgrade to the room (74) with a view of the Old City. This is the newly refurbished part of the hotel and it was incredible. From the moment we entered our room until we left were looked after, always coming back to our room to find chocolates of cakes. Every single staff member is well versed and had a conversation with us as we passed them by. They really make you feel like you belong and at home. The location is a little out of the center but if you have a car it's really minutes we are talking and it is walking distance from all the main spots. The food, well let’s start with breakfast which was out of this world. Cakes, pastries, and pancakes, it had it all. It really does live up to its name. The pool is huge and is always in the sun we did not stay there too long as we were in Jerusalem and wanted to get out. Shabbat Friday night we had dinner and again it's pricey but to be expected in Jerusalem but was very nice with a lot of options. All in all, we loved our 4 days stay very much and will be coming back soon!
A room with a view

I stayed for only one night but very much enjoyed the experience. I had a nice room and good size balcony. The hotel has a large pool and a spa, the latter was a bit too pricey for me. Superb breakfast (I wish I had four stomachs like a cow so that I could try everything)! The thing that stood out for me was the staff, who were all polite and helpful across the board. From the door man Koby, to the polite reception staff, concierge and a delightful waitress called Nessy. The location is excellent. The hotel is way above my budget but I was lucky enough to win a prize so decided to splash out, and I’m glad I did.

We visit Jerusalem for one night and choose the Inbal hotel for owr R&R... We recived a first class service from its employed. We would like to especially mention Raed Hawa, the lounge manager, for his service with a smile...
