Really good location, new rooms, very well furnished
Even in the warm week we were there, we slept comfortably; we assume the cooling came from a central system because we didn't control it. Breakfast was also very good. The terrace on the square side was perfect in the evenings but not really convenient for breakfast which was a pity. A short walk into the old city and the castle gave us a good sense of the town. We would certainly choose it again.
Family Hotel with excellent Service
The rooms are very nice and clean also the bathroom, TV and Internet worked well, an excellent breakfast buffet, the very friendly staff were pleased to fulfill any extra wishes and gave you a feeling of being home. the price for room and in the restaurant are very affordable
Neat basic rooms, excellent breakfast
Located in the middle of Jever, on the Market the hotel is situated perfectly. Rooms are neat, clean, small but decoration and interior fits very well. Staff is friendly and helpfull. Breakfast is very big fresh and tastefull!
Amazing brunch!
We booked two nights at the Schwarzer Adler hotel in JEVER and was told that breakfast was included in the rate. We thought nothing of it as most hotels that include this offering provide a standard continental offering. This was NOT the case at the Schwazer Adler. Their buffet breakfast was a feast with all the fixing one would expect from a 5 Star Hotel in NYC! The fresh smoked fishes, cold cuts, cheeses and German style bread was incredible. BTW accommodations were clean and perfect for our stay. Next time we visit northern Germany we'll make sure to book a night or two at the Schwarzer Adler and of course take in the complimentary buffet!
No Tourists
In these parts of Germany and this time of year, there are no Tourists. We were known by name when we entered.(there were no other bookings). Our Car was seen on the main square and the man we were to see next day knew that it must be ours. The Hotel has an excellent Restaurant and an excellent breakfast with cooked to order eggs.Thiws is an old building with plenty of wooden beams and old charm.Rooms are nice, Beds could have been softer. This is right is the center. You can easily walk around the whole center in half an hour. Nicely decorated with Daffodils along the streets.
