A brand new hotel = teething problems, but the staff were super

They had to immediately relocate our room since the one given was not made up. Then the dryer would not work, but they took our clothes and dried them for us. The evening staff were great, told us they were 'like family' and recommended eating places for our anniversary. The morning staff - she was rather surly.... Also the receipt does not match what we paid and she said we would have one via email, but it's never come.

Nice property. Clean, modern and well kept. Had a bad experience with a Choice brand property the night before so was happy to have our confidence re-instated in Choice properties. Check in was busy and the computers had crashed but the fairly new front desk clerk worked her way through the turmoil and got everyone checked into their rooms. Breakfast was good and the staff friendly. Would recommend this property.

Good hotel for road travelers

Clean, comfortable hotel for decent rate. We only spent 1 night passing through. Friendly staff. Would recommend to other travelers. Hot breakfast with many options. They ask to view ID so they entered our address in their database which I’m not a fan of so would book through Expedia next time.

The building didn’t feel real steady. We could feel movement even when in bed. Breakfast was suppose to be included starting at 6am. However when we left a little after 7am breakfast had still not been set up. They had no plan when the server did not show up for work!

The front desk staff was awesome. The beds were so comfortable and rooms very nice. The only thing we were disappointed with was the over cooked smoked sausages every morning for breakfast. Bacon or breakfast sausage would have been nice.
