They have very flexible and service minded staff. The hotel is situated in a good location! It is close to the beach and the shopping streets eventhough it is in a quiet area. Nice apartments that are clean and big.
Adequate accommodation with short walk to the beach

These apartments are reasonably well furnished, but a small kitchen with a shortage of cutlery let them down. Also, although not the fault of the apartments, there is a derelict building beside them, which detracts from the view if you're below the fourth floor. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. Pricewise, taking the surroundings into account, they are probably slightly overpriced.

VERY DISSAPOINTED by the 'wanna be'-hotel's policy. There are hidden charges everywhere, be aware - THEY ARE POLITE AS LONG YOU ARE AT THE APARTMENT - when you leave their place and go home then problems begins They take deposit of 350 euros from you immy and maybe they will bring it back after 10-15 days after your check-out. They accused us that we steal aircon remote, ridicilous hotel We have asked receptionist to go back to the room with us to check if everything was left in order - SHE REFUSED. And 15 days after they accused us that we stole aircon remote and some kind of stupid ceramic statue They didn't even check aircon prior our stay - it was broked, and we have paid for 7 nights in climatized rooms We have reported issue immy - they didn't even apologize, just put cooling fan in our room while we were at the beach, without asking if this is ok with us. THAT WASN'T OK IN ANY WAY, ESPECIALLY AT 35 DEEGRES After long communication with their terrible customer service they offered refund of one night stay, we accepted, but after we gone home they are refusing to bring us back our money (2 nights without aircon, nightmare) Be aware of their pre-joining ''instructions'' - they told us by e-mail that cleaning is included into price (25 euros), but we had to pay again for cleaning another 25 euros - FRAUD!!
The worst experience in our life

Sweet Inn Juan Les pins, France is the worst service we have ever experienced. We are still shocked, Aircon was broken in our room for 2 nights, couldnt sleep, they didnt even apologize, they just put cooling fan in our room without saying anything. They charged us twice for cleaning room. They promised to refund 1 night as compesation for broken aircon (have everything on e-mail) but 3 WEEKS AFTER we didnt receive money and now they are saying that we stole something from the APARTMENT. Why did you release our deposit back if we took something from your apartment? Why did your receptionist refused to go back to the apartment with us to check that everything is ok? Why you are blaming us 3 weeks after our check out? Be afraid of their deposit - 350 euros they MAYBE take immy, but they give it back 15 days after your check OUT. Ha ha ha, very funny. So much space for fraud We as a customers are not protected in any way They are lying, making fools of us - DO NOT EVER COME AT THIS PLACE, FOR YOUR OWN GOOD I Will make sure that everybody stays away from this place. They are fraud!!!!!!!!!
Hidden late arrival charges

ive made a reservation in may for mid july in sweet inn maison blanche with booking.com. I received an email 48 hours prior to check in stating that i would be charged for a LATE CHECK IN if i dont amend my arrival time... i emailed the hotel saying that i was travelling by plane and this can be out of my control but the only thing they seem to care about is charging me late for late arrival which is not acceptable by international standards. Im already on my holidays and im not expected to check my email everyday. charges like this should be mentioned when booking the property not 48 hours before arrival. my review only reflects my dealings with them prior to arrival which has already proved to be very poor.
