Not worth the price
We chose this hotel because the night before we stayed at Hampton inn vero beach and it was very good, when we arrived front desk lady wasn’t nice, didn’t offer us water like the other Hampton inn, didn’t keep her mask on and looked like she was ill (blowing her nose) breakfast is a joke, no orange juice and they ran out of eggs at 9am, room is clean but very cold, we stayed here because the holiday inn in front was more expensive. Hoped because this is from the Hilton brand it was better..

Do not stay here! There are no towels at the pool, they charge for juice and the free breakfast is hidden so you get one yogurt or fruit (they forgot the fruit and spoon(: Noisier than ever for the MOST expensive room with balcony, refrigerator and pillows were squares that you use for decorating We checked the closet and found one pillow and waffle blanket that was old, smelly and heavy. Can you say refund? Hot tub was closed too.
Good Location
The staff at this hotel were polite and helpful. Good location across the street from the ocean. Restaurants are nearby. Entire property was very clean; instant hot water in the bathroom; beds are comfy; rooms are quiet. No hot breakfast due to COVID, but cold items were available. They didn't offer bottled water to Hilton Honors guests like other properties do. Hotel offers digital room key, but you have to stop at front desk for their check-in process before they'll send the key to your phone. This is the first Hilton-branded property where we had to go back to the old way of checking in. Not a big deal, but we're used to arriving and going straight to our room without delay. Also, you are not able to select your room prior to arriving. Again, not a big deal, but we're used to doing that. Overall it's a nice place, so we recommend it.
Great location
We stayed here for a week of scuba diving. The location is great. It’s off the highway but right on US 1 for anywhere you want to get with what seemed like no traffic. It’s just north of singer island and just south of Jupiter and almost across the street from the Juno pier and Loggerhead Marine life center. Rooms were nice, clean. While not super fancy it was a great place for the price. Only thing we missed was no breakfast due to Covid.
Nice stay
Clean, excellent reception, well located. I will definitely return to this email. Excellent beds, room with microwave and minibar. Despite being restricted from breakfast because of Covid, the system they implemented is good.
