Overall a decent stay considering we were offered complimentary breakfast which was good too.

Overall it was really nice experience. Hygienic room. Hotel rooms are spacious, clean, nice Munnar view from balcony. Staff is to humble, supportive and very caring. Hotel / rooms appeared little old thus require maintenance. Good location

Cheaters in bar

The stay was ok but the bar is really unsafe so try to avoid the bar and instead go to other classie bars nearby... The waiter (a bulgy guy in black pant and white shirt) told me to have seat on the right side when u enter the non a/c bar where he was giving service to many other customers. I was not in a mood for heavy side dishes so asked for some munchie with the drink (which I didn't knew was free). I had couple of drinks speaking with my friend on phone (in Hindi) and asked for the bill and he bought the bill and asked me to add tip in to it but I said I'll give u cash. I had some 30 bugs in change which I gave him. I finished my last sip and changed my mind to add one more drink, I told him to give me one more and he bought but without snack, I requested him to get me some but he denied and told iam here to serve only drinks. I was baffled by his sudden change of behaviour, he told me to take from the counter. I went to counter with my drink and asked the guy to give me some munchie to have with this drink, I got the snacks but I heard waiter telling to the counter the amount of drink and I tripped my eyes on him and he pointed something one me. I went to counter and told him here is my drink and take ur money, he gave me whithe colour bill and I took the same and and saw the waiter was coming and I showed the bill and told it's paid and went to my seat. After couple of minutes (I even didn't had 2 sips of my drink completely) the guy came with pink coloured bill to me and told me to pay for which I have already paid. I told him I already paid for this drink and this is my bill and u can ask at counter. We went to counter and I was astonished to see that counter guy also said that the bill he gave was different to this. The guys knew that I was other state so he was shouting at me (as if Iam drunk and would give him more money without drink). I also started arguing and he threw the pink bill on me, I said don't insult ur customer like this and he came near me and told "entha entha" (which means what ull do) also with some bad words. I simply took the bill and gave it in the counter and was standing and finishing my drink. The waiter started to tell (may be his daily customers) about me. I was very surprised to have such thing in my life, I went to him and told please calm down since iam new I didn't knew that I need to give bill to u... One of the customer who was drunk told me iam malyali u speak to whatever u want. I said u keep quiet I'll speak to him and finish it off. I said whatever ur problem is I discuss with me, but waiter was keep on saying something in Malayalam to other his fellow mates(surprisingly I Hindi) I left the place and went to another bad to feel comfortable after this mess... This is a pure way of cheating, I request management to please take care of such things or remove such type of peoples. We know Kerala is god's own country but people like this may damage this name since they don't know about the power of internet now a days. Tourist should feel like home and comfortably complete their tour. Question to the owner... Ur in to hospitality industry and this is how run such beautiful hotel to the customers? Have u personally felt such type things happened in ur life in some other hotel? Guys this is my personal experience, have no idea if management will take any action against that guy.. better not visit and take risk. I was not at all drunk but what if ur drunk a bit and get in to some trouble. That guy's attitude was like some bouncer and he was thinking himself very smart. Please be careful... Cheers.

Had a good stay. Best for family stay. Good transportation facilities and access. Good parking facilities. The staff is professional and dedicated. Will again stay here if I am visiting kochi again. Overall it worth the money.

This is the perfect place for stay. Very good. The restaurant and the breakfast is the best. Very clean. Really i can recommend this place to all. Like the way the staff entertains us. Especially the manager Mr.Anil. Can give 5☆. Have Added some photos.
