The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine other then the worker. The woman with shoulder length dark hair was very rude. We are traveling with a college basketball team and on 2 occasions she was rude during breakfast.

The hotel was nice great staff. Great central location. The problem was the room we were staying in. Right next to the elevator, room 316. We kept hearing everything. We even turned up the fan and tried to sleep with music on. We had to be up at 5am the next day. No other rooms were available.

Clean comfortable room with a comfortable bed and plent of space. Came in late after a day of driving. Variety of restaurants close by. Night time staff polite, but appeared to be training. Friendly morning staff and nice breakfast. Would have been nice if price was a little less.

Average older hotel. It's a place to lay your head. I rated it less than a 3 due to no hot water. Bed was comfortable and aside from being a bare bones hotel and no hot water, it will do in a pinch but not one I would seek out a second time. It's not my usual experience with Holiday Inn.

Absolutely rudest lady I've ever dealt with at a hotel. Stay away from Mary Caldwell. She is heartless, mean and doesn't care about your situation. Hotel is dirty, front desk extremely rude, shower has no water pressure etc.. do your family a favor and stay somewhere else.
