Pleasant stay with friendly staff

Good rooms with a friendly manager who helped us make this vacation wonderful! Rooms were clean, bathtub was a delight to relax in after a long day! Pool was superclean and jacuzzi was good too! The waterfall wasn’t working so that was a slight disappointment! Also floaties are not allowed in the pool and it closes at 6 PM. We had the sea-view rooms! But honestly the sea is far far away to get a good view! Instead the ugly green carpets outside the room spoilt the view for me! Breakfast buffet is a good European spread, a delight for non-vegetarians! We were the only Indians at the hotel, food was not as per the taste and choice! Moreover very limited options for vegetarians!! Beach is NOT at walking distance and we used the free shuttle service! But the shuttle is available only till 5PM. Patong beach is 15 minutes away and taxi costs around 350-400 bhats. Pro Tip - there is a village shop near the hotel 2 mins walking distance to get beer/food supplies. There is a fresh fruit local shop near the hotel where we went daily to eat fresh pineapples & mango and drink coconut water! It was cheap, locals were friendly and helpful and amazing fruits!! Overall a good experience at the hotel! They also packed us breakfast as we had an early morning breakfast!

Spacious room, helpful staff. We stayed there on our anniversary so we also reserved a table on a roof top restaurant. Very beautiful view, sunset right in front of us. Recommended to book at 6.00 p.m. or for dinner time. Food is affordable without extra charge. We were really enjoying our stay. Great place to spend holiday!

Nice resort near karon beach however beach is not at walkable distance and so they provide free shuttle to karon beach and circle so it's easy to go to beach from resort. Breakfast is awesome with multi cuisine options. Rooms are great with nice view over sea and pool. Pool is good too with jacuzzi. Staff is very polite and manager there is so humble and sweet. The most sweet person I have met in Thailand, unfortunately I forgot the name. Resort is far from any noise so ideal for those who are looking after quite holidays. Karon circle market is 20 mins walk and 5 min drive.karon beach is almost 20 min walk and 5 min drive.

Amazing trip in Phuket

My family decided to spend our holiday in Phuket. It's was a blast! We stayed there for 3 days. Staff were all friendly. Great food. Our room was at the seond building. It was quite a long walk but sure did worth it since the view was so beautiful up there. We went to Karon Beach(free shuttle bus to the beach), old town. There are so much to explore, so we'll absolutely make a visit again on our next holiday. Last but not least, thank you management team to make our holiday so delightful! Great service!

First time staying in Phuket. Choose this hotel. The hotel has a beautiful, wide, good atmosphere, quiet, suitable for relaxation. The staff checked out, service was good, smiling, inquiring about satisfaction before returning, breakfast was served in a variety of delicious buffet.
