Villa Elisabeth is amazing! Greeted with a refreshing fruit juice upon our arrival by the lovely Nuend (Lynn) we were then shown to our villa. Beautiful views and a private spa were just 2 of the pluses. We stayed in Villa 1 which is very spacious and the bed was very comfy. It looks just like the photos when we booked. We had a choice of 2 terraces and the views are truly spectacular. The resort is beautiful, small and intimate and the staff are like one big happy family. The food here is delicious, large portion sizes and very good value for money. We ate most of our meals here because it was so good. I cannot recommend Villa Elisabeth enough, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and in particular would like to thank Ban, Nuend and the rest of the staff for making our holiday one to remember. Their service was outstanding and they truly made us feel at home.

3 the most important words about this hotel: people, place, food. Owner of the hotel – Mrs. Elisabeth is very harmful person and polite, staff is extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Place - location of hotel is just perfect - in crowded Phuket it is so peaceful place, right to the beach, with nice sound of sea. Food is extremely delicious. And staff from the kitchen just love their job, always smiling, even clothes are white and stylish! Another important aspect – customers of hotels are also polite and friendly, with respect to this environment. My largest thank you to the staff of this hotel! Good luck and we are looking forward to come back soon! Highly recommended!
Here now and love it

If you want nice ocean views, comfy king bed, strong air conditioning and great location then this will suit you. The place is older and not "designer" but if you don't pick fault with it all it's a really charming place to stay. We are in villa 1, it is spacious and comfortable. The staff are sweet and do their best. The breakfast is nice with good coffee. There are lots of nice bars and restaurants close by and the beach is good. Hearing the crashing waves was wonderful and when you wake up the view from the bed is WOW! Only negatives are more maintenance and a spruce up needed overall - the place has huge potential actually, the room was only cleaned once in a 4 night stay despite us being out till after 2pm each day. We didn't worry about it but some people might. We would definitely return here due to the view, location and charm. Particularly love the huge tree and ska bar downstairs..quirky and fun!
So much potential

I have given this a 5 star as it has the potential to be something really special. But I am not going to sugar coat the defects as some reviews have. The complex is quirky and unique ; villas and apartments are spread out so there is plenty of privacy. We stayed in a studio apartment which was spacious and had it's own balcony. However the amenities are basic and the lighting is not good. The apartment needs some attention, the decor is hap hazard , the roof leaked ( in fairness the manageress sent maintenance to fix it but still leaked ) and it would benefit from a really good clean . There were spider webs in the roof space but they at least kept the bugs down. We had a lot of firsts whilst staying here, I slept with a lizard and hubby trod on a baby snake, both in the room. The pool needs to be drained and repainted and the wooden decking needs to be repaired and treated. The house keeping team and the maintenance men appear to do as little as possible which is a shame because there is so much that needs attention. An example was when a customer complained about the mattress on the sunbeds at a villa , 2 men cleaned those mattresses but still didnt bother with the other 6 around the pool area. However the restaurant is a definite 5 star, the breakfasts are cooked to order and beautifully presented. The staff are friendly, professional and very attentive. We ate twice in the evenings, it is pricey but well worth it and I would definitely recommend it. Ask for an Irish coffee, we had never seen it made like this before ! The new manageress has only been here for a few months, she is already implementing an improvement schedule. Hopefully she will be supported by her staff. Make sure you take plenty of bug spray as you will need it. This may read as quite negative, but it really is a unique and very pretty resort. We really enjoyed the peace and tranquility, and the views are amazing.
