Hotel needs to be renovated for inside as well as from outside The spa and pool are not working.I had to change the card many times because it was not working( other guests too). Even the furniture of a business room is not up to standard. The money value is very poor. The staff are friendly.

The staff is horrible. Shouted at us and were abusive threatening to call the police, refusing to let us talk to the manager. I don’t know what the guy in the receptions problem was but we followed all the covid restrictions on germanys government website. Maybe because we are a lesbian couple. I don’t know. Don’t go there!

This place is clean and convenient, not much more. Its modern. My room was spacious and clean as were the pool and sauna areas. Tacky; they charge for parking out in front of the Hotel which has no security.

Everything was perfect. Room clean with two beds (even if I was alone) a television a small table and others utilities (like kettle with tea/coffee, sweets on the bed and a small bottle of water). Bathroom clean with 4/5 towels and a bathtub. Sauna and pool on the first floor and also a small fitness room. The staff was nice and helpful. Near the hotel there is nothing much to see (the city is 5/6 km away) but there are a couple of shops and a restaurant (cafe' del sol, that I recommend).

Worst hotel of our tour so far

This hotel is really worn out - and I mean physically and personally. The check in was a disaster already. They did sell us room combinations they do not have in the facilities. They charged my personal credit card for the company expense, apologized, promised to immediately correct - and it never happened. Now, two weeks after we left, my private is charged, I still do not have a correct invoice - and I sure will never return to this hotel. There are many ones which provide better service in every aspect at comparable rates.
