A bit stinky and misleading

We booked this through Airbnb and the listing said 3 queen sized beds and two couches, was perfect for our group of 7. We got there and they gave us 2 queen sized beds and two couches that could each sleep one. You'll note that this does not equal the 7 spaces we need. The insisted that two people could sleep on each couch, even though they didn't fold into beds and they didn't give us bedding for the couches. We had to rent an additional room. Additionally, there were glasses in the kitchen but no silverware. Not a single knife or fork! One of the rooms smelled like cigarette smoke and when I complained, the employee said, "Turkish people like to smoke." Now, honestly, the two rooms that didn't smell like smoke were fine and if they hadn't cheated us on the reservation, it would have been fine. So, don't worry about staying here as long as you get the beds you need and don't need a fork. There is a grocery store across the street, which was very handy!

Talasta otel konforunda konaklamak ve yaşamak ve keyif almak için çok uygun, giriş Güleryüz lü karşılama,odalar gayet temiz ve konforlu, Doctor House rezidans tam anlamıyla şahane, aracınız için otopark sorunu yok, hemen yanı başında şok market yani kısaca memnun kalacağınız bir mekân diyebilirim. Teşekkürler Dr.Tolga bey ve kardeşi Eray bey çok nazik ve bir o kadar ilgilisiniz.

Kayseri rotalı seyehatlerimde hep tercih ederim Doctor House. Bu tarz hizmet verilen işletmelerde odalar büyük olduğu için en büyük problem temizliktir burada asla bu durumu yaşamazsınız. Üstelik işletme sahiplerinin ve çalışanlarının güler yüzlülüğü ve yardım severliği paha biçilemez. Kayseri Talas'a yolunuz düşerse fazlasıyla tavsiye ederim.Özellikle resepsiyindaki Ercan amca'ya ilgi alaka ve samimiyeti için çok teşekkürler
