World Cup Visitor
Good location, close to downtown by walk or by taxi. Coffee/restaurant in the first floor, very cozy and convenient. Cleaning service is okay, no elevator to bring your luggage. Rooms are on the floor’s above.
Great hotel, deserves at least one more star.
Front desk were excellent. Very helpful in proving details to get around the hotel. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Great small cafe with excellent continental breakfast. Every day you have a new menu. A very quiet area to stay and relax. Will definitely come back again.
Great location-Couple detailed improvements.
Overall our stay was excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location to the hotel was great as it was just a short walk to the main strip.my only two suggestions were the pillows seemed cheap and was difficult to sleep on and our shower didn't drain fast so you were constantly standing in your own shower water (that was probably specific to that rooms shower). Would definitely stay again, thank you for your hospitality.
Great hotel
Stayed for the World Cup.Excellent place to stay,close to the city center,would highly recommend!Staff were very helpful and friendly,the room was exactly like the pictures and overall service was just amazing.Would definitely stay again!
Good option during World Cup
We stayed in this hotel during the World Cup 2018. It was a good option in Kazan with 10 min walk to the city center (Bauman Street) and 5 min walk to the bus stop to the stadium. It's in a quiet street and we had views to the street. Rooms are good size and very clean with air condition and TV. Bathroom is good size and clean. The hotel feels pretty new/renovated. The reception was great and friendly. Only things for improvement: The breakfast was very simple (one plate with cheese and sausage, oatmeal and coffee, and some bread) and could be improved a lot!, i.e. offer more food options especially fruits, veggies or an a la carte menu. Also the hotel doesn't have elevator which may be a problem with luggage.
