Horrible hotel
This hotel is disaster. The service is very poor, the waiters are unkind, unprofessional and they do not wear uniforms. The hotel staff is very unprofessional and nobody speaks English. The food is very poor. The rooms are very bad with both old and bad furniture. Shower door was broken. The cleaner does not change towels and beach towels can be changed every 3-4 days as there are not enough clean towels in the hotel. Insufficient amount of dishes as well as dirty dishes and ashtrays. Not enough juice and water. There was even a fight between the hotel staff during our vacation. Knives were also used in the fight. Save your money and nerves and avoid this hotel. One star is too much for Valeri.
Worst hotel I have ever seen
I don't scold hotels because I do not consider myself the most important holiday issue. But now I'm making an exception because I've never been disappointed in the accommodation so much, and it's worth sharing with others. Information about the hotel - available online from multiple sources - is roughly equal to zero. I booked at Alpharooms, which shows the hotel to four stars. It is true that there are only 3 stars in the building itself, but the standard of services scratches the two stars from below. Our problems were: 1. As soon as we entered the hotel, the receptionist was bored and rude that gave us a glimpse of what was going to happen to us in the next week. Her colleague, a woman, put it on several shovels, and was so disgustingly disobedient that I had never met in any hotel employee. We booked an economic room with minimal comments on the booking page. As I expected it (as it used to be), the room is not sea-facing, smaller than others, or a rooftop. So we didn't expect a suite. Compared to this, the rough-style receptionist has crossed the ecomonic room label three times on the booking paper to see if I have missed this exposure so far. Then, as if talking to a caterpillar, he said that this room is not in this building. I hardly believed my ears, because there was not any information, but even a negative review did not mention (of course, you can not find it on the hotel's own website), that there is another building at all! If I had any idea of that, I would definitely not book a room at this hotel, because there is a chance that we would be there would have arisen. This was one of the biggest disappointments because I chose accommodation directly to be right on the beach. Compared to this, approx. 600 meters from the „real” hotel we got a room in a building, ten minutes walk from the beach. In addition, this building has led us to the worst, last room of the existing one, which is approx. it was as big as a mouse hole. We could hardly turn around, in the attic, with a low ceiling in which even a child would bite his head and with the heat that could barely get air. In addition, there was not any soap or something else in the bathroom. The fridge (minibar?) did not work, of course, in any room. Disgusting states dominated the room. After that we asked for another room, but this was only received the next day. We spent the night bathed in sweat. 2. Not only this hotel, but also the whole Kemer, has the biggest trouble with Russians. This is also manifested in the fact that the staff cannot speak in any other language (even in Turkish!), only in Russian. We always had to repeat that we are not Russians and do not speak to us in Russian. Of course they did it… Some positive thing is that a couple of employees (waiters, chefs) told us that we are not Russians, it seemed quite relieved, and we could smile at their faces. 3. The Russian horde are unbearable. This is obviously not the crime of the hotel, but the deterioration that can be associated with Russian rule is already strong. The only thing to keep in mind about food is quantity. The Russians have to be satisfied with those who leave the buffet table with heaps, and then leave a significant part of it, go to the trash. The melons run out of those who would have gotten two winds… Their effrontery are boundless, they reserve tables and sunbeds in advance, which are not used, but they are not allowed to settle down. For them, rules do not count, even those that call their attention, for example, don't pee into the pool… 4. The staff are almost „unaware” of opposing the Russians, which is the end of discrimination against non-Russians. My husband appeared in swimming trunks and t-shirt at lunch. They said they couldn't enter the restaurant in a bathing suit. When it wasn't just in it… At the same time, the Russians could walk smoothly in the underwear of a thread (because some of them use it as swimming trunks!), nobody told them! 5. The selection of meals is rather scarce. The breakfast offer in a family-run pansion in Cirali is much more better than this hotel. 6. All Inclusive services are weak. There is for example drinking water, which you should imagine in the form of a 20-25 liter water bottle. The water dispenser is out in the sun, so the water temperature is close to 30 degrees in seconds. You can drink it… Most of the cups are made of multi-use plastic cups, which is disgusting at the sight, and the smell of disinfectant is disgusting. 7. In the description of all-inclusive services in our hands, the Turkish bath was free. Compared to this, they asked for 20 EUR per person. Probably so much free that you can go through the door to look around… But as a positive thing, the Turkish bath was good, the massage was also. And here is the end of the hotel 's positive effects. 8. The hotel description included free WiFi. That's not so far away. € 3 per hour, even in public areas. In addition, each device has been paid for separately. Quality is bad. The internet connection was as high as a third-class free wifi. And that's why they're paid! 9. You can request beach towels for a deposit of EUR 10. This is again a point for the hotel that is all but unacceptable. They give you towels after that, which is full of rags and approx. it would be in the trash for 3 years. There is no stupid Russian who would want to take it home after that… And this is not the end of the stunning attitude. You have to pay the deposit at the reception. Then you get a piece of paper and a plastic card, in exchange for the old towel in the hands of the Turkish bath. When you leave, you will bring the towel back, get the card for receiving the money in the reception. It was quite difficult for us to get rid of the disgusting receptionist woman because she wasn't close to 10 EUR... She was crouched with great difficulty. Then the next day at dawn, when we traveled to the airport, we were looking for a small piece of paper!! With saying you can't log out of the hotel without this paper! They made a big fuss, as if at least I wanted to steal Fort Knox's gold stock from the country! Because of the take-back of a towel! Luckily, I didn't throw the paper in the first trash when I was put in my hand… 10. The cleaning lady who walked into our room also brought quality below the standard. She didn't clean it up, she didn't change the towels and the bath tub, not once. At the same time, he threw out things that I had no intention of throwing away, so it wasn't in the trash. How she takes the courage to collect this from the desk (and from anywhere else that is outside the bin) and throw it away? She wouldn't have had the right to touch anything! After my first outrage, I put the do not disturbe board, but she still went into the room! It doesn't seem to read, and even the pictograms are incomprehensible to her… 11. After leaving for the airport at 5 o'clock in the morning, we asked for a breakfast package the previous night. The bag contained a 10 cm long sandwich with cucumber, cheese and a slice of cutlet, and an apple. Neither a small drink nor a napkin was in it! By the way, this „breakfast” would have been little for a child… With this, the hotel showed a low standard even during the farewell! This was our 11th trip to Turkey, basically we love the country very much. But we never put our feet in Valeri Beach Hotel or Kemer in the future!
Smith family
Absolutely awful hotel!!!! Shabby. Pool in shade by 1pm. Stony beach with rusty and ripped canopies. Food was so disgusting we wouldn’t feed it to the animals. The only good thing we went out every day and night to a lovely beach and restaurants. Also we were the only English in the hotel, it was full of Russians.
Not so good
I was here with two other girls for 7 nights. The biggest advantage of this hotel is beach with sea. It's very clean, beautiful and so big. Beach has facilities. We didn't like only other Turkish guys and families from outside, because we thought that beach must be only for Valeri's guests. Also we're satisfied with meal. It wasn't perfect, but for 3* it was ok. Room is normal if you suppose only to sleep there. Problems: Awful stench near bar. It's disgusting, you can't even stand long near bar. May be they should clean it. Alcohol was very poor, only beer was ok. Lunch boxes instead of breakfast - stale danish and apple. Really? Stuff. They don't think about guest. Not at all. Even tables are always dirty, always. Some Front office guys look at you, like you owe them smth. They always do wrong keys for guests, so you need to come for new one every day. Manager is the only guy, who understands English, but he's angry and rude to guests. All in all, we got what we want - sea and beach. But I'll never advise this hotel to smb.
Thief hotel
Me and my cousin went this hotel for holiday but they ruined our holiday, they wanted to beat us. I invited my friend to hotel, I asked permission from manager he said "ok" afterwards he started asking 5 times more than usual. And they threatened us that they would beat us. All hotel staffs came together in the middle of the night and asked us to leave hotel otherwise they would break our bones.
