Great Place to stay!!
Was very satisfied by how I was welcomed by the staff and treated during my whole 4 night trip! My room was always cleaned at a decent time, the staff was very friendly and welcoming and was overall a good location to get food, drinks, entertainment and grocery stores. Overall I would def stay again and every time I am in Kennewick. Very satisfied!
Nice Clean Place
Recently stayed one night - Halloween 2020. I was woking out of town and my client put me up here...Place was clean, the room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, and amenities / restaurants and shopping were nearby..I"ll stay here again next time I come back to Tri Cities....
Service is lacking
Normally Laquintas are a good choice. The service from the start was less than impressive. I’m the only one in the lobby trying to check in on 8/10/2020 around 7pm. Hit the bell several times, I’m sure I only waited 7 or 8 minutes before someone came. I felt like an inconvienance. She gave me the key after filling out paperwork but told me nothing like where our room was, where the elevator is or when breakfast is offered. We’ve been driving all day so whipped. I asked here where our room was. Coming up to the room was a pleasant surprise. Nice, clean and roomy, until my husband found a long black hair on the towel...like 2ft long. Also the security lock was nothing.

Hotel is old and very loud. Everything seemed fairly clean, but was fairly old and rundown. Walls and doors are very thin. You can hear everything. Ok if you are fine with an average place to stay listening to everyone around you.
Just okay
Booked 2 queen beds because it was cheaper than 1 bed. When I asked the girl checking us in if I could get 1 bed she said sure. However, she did not tell me the price was more, thankfully I asked. She would not budge on the price, so I kept the 2 beds. She was quite young and not very interested in her customers. Not overly friendly. She was in the back and acted like I interrupted her. Anyway, doesn't bother me too much. What did was the carpet in the room. It was old and worn and looked sketchy. Frayed at the edges. Rest of the room was okay but the carpet needs to be replaced.
