The bed is so comfortable and clean. The housekeepers are so nice and respectful. Great place to live and stay. Nice help desk. Great customer service. Good prices. Outdoors was clean and neat also. Good.

Clean quiet rooms and nice employees.

Very nice people and rooms are very clean. We stop here often and I love the kitchenettes because I would rather cook than have take out all the time. The area feels safe and have never had any problems.

Shaelynn and Riley front desk (hospitality)

As a traveling welder my stay was very much everything that was expected to be in a five star hotel. The hotel hospitality was above others that I have been in from this area. from breakfast to lounge was most immaculate I would recommend this location to anyone who’s seeking lounge and good people with a friendly demeanor.

Guilty until proven innocent

"Phyllis" the front desk host seemed to have judged me for the start, judging what I'm unsure of she was very deliberate with her words seeming to be mean without being able to be called mean, but a call it what it is. I stayed here for about 8 days after the first day she said she needed to run my card for the days I had on my reservation (ok maybe this is policy) so I canceled my reservations and started reserving 1 day at a time and she seemed to be frustrated by this at times speaking to me like she wanted nothing to do with me. I then left for one day and came back and as I asked about checking in early she first said there was an early check-in fee which I wasn't charged the first time I checked in early and she also stated that I was in a room that had 2 beds and was a higher price saying their policy was that a single person cannot stay in a double room. I have been a tour manager, tour director, and a hotel concierge and have NEVER heard of such rubbish the only reason I was staying here was because I was diagnosed with cancer, lost my job and home because of it I did not need more issues. As someone who's been in hospitality for over 35yrs I know if you want to make someone's life easier you can and that is what you are here to do in hospitality. I know this is a 2.5 rated hotel so I didn't expect much and I left them alone except to check in and out I have been going through chemotherapy and on top of that I had to work 14 hr days 7 days just to make sure I could pay for my room the next day the extra stuff Phyllis added just made things harder for me. The hotel itself is good for the reason I needed it but I refuse to pay someone to treat me badly therefore I canceled my future reservations I had and as I told them in the beginning my plans were to stay for a month. So for future reference you may want to explain to the employees that a person willingly paying a higher price for a stay should have no barring on whether it 1 or 2 people sleeping in the room.

Absolutely disgusting

For some reason there were few vacancies in the Seattle-Tacoma area the weekend we arrived. The room we were put in was disgusted. The floors were stained. The sheets were stained. The towels were thin and harsh. We went and bought new sheets and a mattress cover. Beneath the fitted sheet is a disgusting tapestry of stains and whatever else. The only way we could sleep here was to cover the mattress. Outside there’s litter. The two entry doors on the sides of the building aren’t used. The dog walking area, hidden behind the building, has no bags. So apparently people just leave the poo everywhere. If there were other options we would have taken them, but the choices we had were the car and a room. We chose the room. I can’t explain how disgusted I was by this place.
