We visited this resort using our timeshare trade and thoroughly enjoyed our week there! The room was beautiful and very clean. Especially loved the decor, the awesome master bathroom, the screened in porch, washer/dryer and full kitchen set up. The 2 beds and 2 bathrooms were nice and the couch also pulled out. We were able to have our friends join us and have the kids sleep on the couch. The pool area was also beautiful, although I do wish it was a little deeper, 4 feet is just not deep enough for us tall people! :) The resort is located on the northern side of Key West. There is a Publix grocery store just down the road. Parking was decent at the resort and there are handy carts to help bring up luggage, groceries, etc. The food at the pool/beach hut was good. There are a couple of docks to walk out on. Overall, we loved this resort and would definitely stay here again!

Total bummer

We received a marketing opportunity to stay at the club prior to buying a time share… yes they call it a luxury vacation opportunity… we choose on the last day not to buy the $27,000 package and we were locked out of our room. All three keys quit working! And the front desk was closed. Security came from somewhere else and couldn’t give us keys but could let us in. Coincidence? All 3 keys quit working? Review of the property - the 2 bedroom suite is nice but worn. And it is a long way from downtown, with traffic 20 minutes on a small island. The pool is beautiful and it does have an ocean view. Really wonderful. The food at the tiki bar is maybe average. Hard pass.

Perfect Place to Stay

The room was beautifully updated! I could’ve lived in the bathroom with the double rain showers. The pool and beach were gorgeous. Everything is set up for families to enjoy the resort. There are porch swings that face the sunrise, games to play by the beach, grills by the pool, etc. Its just the perfect set-up. My only warning would be the concierge. She was pushy and obviously trying to sell us on some things we didn’t care for. She tried to get us to sit in a 90 min timeshare pitch for a discount on a snorkel with a company if never heard of. While she was trying to find a time for us I told her we had plans one morning and she asked what they were. I thought that was really bold and rude. Glad we didn’t fall for whatever she was pushing. We went snorkeling at a reef off the coast with another company and had a blast. Highly recommend the resort but beware of pushy people.

Very comfortable 2bed suite with great master shower

Stayed at this Hyatt Residence Club for 1 week and enjoyed the 2 bedroom unit with everything you need. It had a lovely covered and screened-in porch with table and 4 high chairs plus a full sofa that you could sleep on, rocking chair and arm chair with outside fan and lights … just great set up! Lots of space in the unit with privacy for both bedrooms. Open planned living dining and kitchen made it perfect for vacations. Suzy at the Tiki bar makes a great bucket!! Yes, the equivalent of about 2 tall alcoholic drinks in one bucket! Zero entrance shallow pool and small beachfront access. Lots of comfortable covered beds and loungers, tables and chairs poolside for use. No restaurant on-site because this is really a residence “Beach house” and not a hotel per se. The only complaint was that they would take the pool towels you leave at the door and half the time they would not leave you clean pool towels and you have to call the front desk again to tell them to bring the towels. This happened three days out of 1 week and 1 day we did not need the towels. Otherwise this is a very comfortable guaranteed 2 bedroom suite venue.

Key West Chill!

Loved the vibe and the accommodations at the Beach House! Spectacular views of the Water and the pool from our 3rd floor G Building room. absolutely loved the large screened porch. Friendly staff as well. About a $25 Uber XL each time down to Duval Street was the only drawback. We'll be back!
