The property is interesting in the sense that it's perhaps the first old property of its kind that has been converted into a hotel. Mostly we see palaces and palatial houses put to this use. The rooms are spacious, but require maintenance, at least the one in which I was staying and a little more cleaning. But one can understand the financial constraints under which the owners must have been operating during these trying times. Not bad for the price you pay though. Booking directly with the hotel could be beneficial sometimes.

Hotel is Okay, but the staff is not so interacting, my room's phone was not working so they didnt change even telling them they gives private number, also you need painting again. the doors of bathroom was very short, i dont think the brithish army was of dwarfs. Hahaha! Rest the beddings was okay, and service was on time also.

Stayed here for a week. Old property (with new building extensions). Overall, a decent stay in a small city like Khandwa. But the sheets could have been cleaner in the hotel, and the food was passable. Be prepared to have an overload of oil when you order. The hotel has an outdoor seating area which is quite nice in the evening.

This is an antique hotel. It can be guessed from the name itself. The hotel has a 100 years old history. The rooms were clean however it was not upto mark. The food quality was also average. But the location works as an advantage as you can find some good restaurants near by.

Amazing hotel in khandwa district. well made and proper furnished rooms beds are great and comfortable. the hotel is located just near to khandwa junction. rates are reasonable.good for family and friends.
