Kara at the front desk is a sweet, hard worker who is efficient and greeted us with a smile on our four or five interactions. That being said, she was the best part of stay. I will briefly touch on covid restriction guidelines, felt adequately safe (signs posted, masks worn by employees and most guests). PROS If you are going to shop at the mall, this is a great location Beds were comfortable Grab and go breakfast was something to get your day started, not the usual hit buffet we had grown accustomed to prior to covid, but at least they give you some options CONS On arrival to our room, it was subpar for cleanliness and upkeep (pubic hair, not just one, on shower curtain and on the floor in the corner of the bathroom, halls cough drop in corner by sliding door, rust in the shower on hand rail and tub itself, unknown substance on the wall by light switch in bathroom, crack in ceiling, shelf in refrigerator broken). Great concept to supply shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the mounted wall unit in the shower, but cleaning staff needs to be attentive as our room had no conditioner All these small issues, but so many add up making us question the IGH Clean Promise disclaimer. Combine that with the fact we were told at check-in if we wanted room service/cleaning, we had to fill a card to request it as it is only given if requested because of covid. While I understand that concept, I certainly feel this less cleaning concept has lead to very minimal to nonexistent cleaning standards here. Never once during our stay did we witness cleaning of any high touch surfaces, tables in what would be the breakfast area, elevator buttons, etc. * I won’t post all the pics of our findings out of respect, but I will post a few to validate. With a soccer tournament in town, finding another hotel was impossible so we were stuck here. Do your homework, listen to some recent reviews if you chose to stay here. Are there worse out there yes, but there are better too and certainly this experience doesn’t encourage me to look to the IGH brand for our next stay.

Have stayed at this hotel numerous times. Very nice property in a Very good location. Cheap rates plus all rooms have balconies make this a great value. That being said, there is NO MASK enforcement at all. The hotel employees wear masks but with renovations going on in the hotel, those workers wear no masks. On top of that, many guests seemingly did not pay any attention to the signs and no enforcement from employees. Was not thrilled to be riding in elevators with maskless workers....

I just filed an in person report with the police at Holiday Inn Express in King of Prussia, PA. We lost power due to the recent tropical storm and had to find nearby lodging. Over the course of the last 48 hours, I have witnessed more than 10 individuals (including guests, contractors and hotel staff) NOT wearing masks when entering or exiting the building, walking through the halls and riding on elevators despite signage (poorly posted and not really visible) about the expectation that all who enter must have face coverings. I complained to the front desk on 3 separate occasions and was met with dismissive, rude and unprofessional behavior. The last, most recent incident occurred this morning when 3 construction workers followed closely behind me into the building from outside. The 3 men weren’t wearing masks and were talking amongst themselves. When I reminded them that masks are mandated by the state, one of them told me that a mandate (by the governor) wasn’t a law. This was in full view and hearing of the front desk attendant. I asked her directly if they were enforcing the mask mandate. She looked away from me and said that it was being enforced. She refused to say anything to the 3 men as she watched them enter an elevator. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and avoid this hotel chain until they are in complete compliance with Governor Tom Wolf’s mandatory mask order for all individuals to wear masks in public spaces in Pennsylvania.

Plenty of parking and ample parking for trucks, the hotel is providing grab and go breakfast during these challenging times and the check in girl Kristen was top notch polite and knowledgeable on the local amenities and the hotel rooms. I will be staying again soon!

We checked in, and went right to sleep. The next morning my daughter and I left early to go to a volleyball tournament, while my mom and youngest daughter slept. When they woke up, they had breakfast then went back to the room and my youngest found a toenail in the bed. It didnt belong to any of us. It belonged to someone else. I returned around 1pm and went right to the front desk. They said someone would be up before 4pm. At 4pm, nobody had shown up, so I called the customer service line, and they brought the sheets to me to change. I have never in my life seen anything like this. It is absolutely disgusting that any of this happened. I have been totally blown off by their customer service line, and by the front desk staff as well. I will not be staying there anymore. DISGUSTING.
