It was a great stay the heat wasn’t working to good but everything else was awesome. Eric the GM was awesome.also the housekeeping Manager. A lot of restaurants in the area Florida line is minutes away

Very friendly staff and the room was very nice. It also seemed like new construction. There was a cigarette smell though and all our stuff smelled like cigarettes when we got home which was very disappointing. Besides that we were very satisfied with our stay.

We had a wonderful stay. From the check in with Lee who was very happy to see us to Rachel from housekeeping who was very attentive tio our needs every day. It made our stay wonderful. We will be coming back.

What an awful experience!

We were in town for a family funeral. The property is nice and new, but that’s where the good stops. Staff was extremely rude when a guest aggressively reported us for noise, due to our 25lb toddler. I will say that the floor did seem to be very poorly constructed, and certainly could have been transferring sound more than we realized. But these complaints were all coming in well before a normal “lights out” time. We put a lot of effort and stress into keeping disruptions minimal for other guests. However, we were rudely talked down to and told to “control your child,” as if we haven’t been doing so. Also was highly implied that the complaining guest was more valued and would basically have priority in the matter. We were unable to resolve the situation and left the property with several nights still prepaid. Any attempt to resolve further (ie refund for nights that we would not be staying, especially considering we had to find new accommodations) was met with even more condescending talk (got called “chief” several times)! Staff also made no attempts to even discuss the matter or escalate to a manager. We understand that people want to act like toddlers should be absolutely silent, but we were keeping things reasonable. Certainly didn’t want to be there under the tragic circumstances of an unexpected death in the family. But definitely didn’t expect to be treated like this. Long story short - if you have family, look elsewhere! If you’re on business… well, do the same because the floors are obviously flimsy and I guess one reasonable family can become your worst nightmare.
