Although our group were not staying guests at the Pegasus, we were very kindly hosted for lunch whilst our tour visited this amazing & gorgeous city. We were met by a staff member who checked our temperatures and provided hand sanitising - along with face covering requirements, very nice to see, given the current situation. We were escorted to our dining area by very pleasant staff, who continued to provide a high standard of service and ensured all guests in our party were well attended. The cuisine was at another level........ Jamaican, well presented, nice choice & gloriously tasty. We (my wife and I) left very satisfied and would definately consider (and recommend) staying if we were to visit the area again.

We had dinner at The Blue Window restaurant and not only was the food good but the customer service was awesome. Special commendation to Mr. Sheldon Seymour who made the experience great! Will be revisiting!

I had a lovely stay at the Pegasus. Tamara who checked me in was awesome, such a pleasant person, who made me feel welcome and at home. Dinner was curried goat and plain rice, the goat was cooked to perfection, with the right amount of spice, delicious. Breakfast was good. The swimming pool is spacious and deep at one end, I enjoyed my morning swim. Check out was easy. I recommend this hotel as a good place to stay.

This hotel is purely for efficiency and location. The service is lacking, they are always out of food, the rooms need upgrading and if you want a decent shower take one before you arrive. This is not a 4-star hotel by any means. I was willing to overlook the outdated rooms until the service went on a complete decline and I found myself frustrated and missing meetings. The staff at the 24/7 cafe and the bar are the only ones who were polite and service oriented. Forget the restaurant in the lower level, just opt for another option. I called because I had an issue with my internet and the woman on the phone, who I believe was the manager was rude and her tone was almost irritated that I would dare ask for help. I extended my stay one night and was made to check out and check back in. I have NEVER had to do this at other hotels when I extend my stay. In the time it took to get things rectified, I missed a meeting at the office. Had I had known about the AC hotel prior to arriving, I would’ve stayed there. The only pro is that it was clean.
Brunch at the Blue Window

This was my first time being at this hotel in Kingston and I must say it exceeded my expectations. I was only there for the morning Brunch at the Blue Window Restaurant but I really got a chance to admire the decor and furniture. The lobby is immaculate and you can tell that all the furniture is brand new. Tastefully done. Our server Nyron was spectacular, he treated us like royalty and we really felt welcomed. The only 2 negatives about our visit was the servers that served the food at the buffet, their energy was a bit off and they seemed a bit annoyed and in a rush to take orders. Also the marketing teams had mimosas displayed on their IG page but when we ordered one we were told it was not included and we would have to buy from the bar. That was a bit strange because mimosas are the highlight of every brunch. Otherwise the food was good and the ambiance was just right. We will definitely be doing this again!
