Mada Lanta Mai Keaw

Honestly this is an amazing place to stay, I’m so glad i found it! Tucked further away from busyness in its own little Thai village. We stayed in one of the King Size Bungalows, the room is fantastic, really big & clean! The couple that own it are amazing & just made our stay in Koh Lanta all the better. They are soo friendly and couldn’t help us enough, they are able to help with trips etc. Cant wait to go back to Koh Lanta and this will definitely be the accommodation i go back to!!

We booked one night and decided to stay another night and offered to pay cash at the same rate as the first night, so they wouldn't need to incur the commission charge from Booking for the second night. Was disappointed later on the next day after being out for several hours, came back to find no room cleaning, no fresh water bottles, no clean towels, no new coffee/tea supplies. A quick trip to the reception area and no one around so I just helped myself to a couple of water bottles in the fridge there and made do without the other things. Next morning, there was large machinery working on the neighbouring property within a few meters of the bungalow for the 2 hours before we departed, excavating the ground and also bringing down large trees. The water was shut off during that time as well, without any prior notice. The owner did stop by to apologize about the inconvenience for the machinery. Location is such that you'll need a scooter to go anywhere.

Mada Lanta Mai Keaw was by far our worse traveling experience thus far. To start off, the hotel is actually located in a very remote location, about 20 min away from any point of interest, forest, beach, restaurants, etc... and no easy way to move around. We asked to cancel our reservations for our 2nd night there, but the hotel owner would not allow it. After an hour of negotiating and speaking on the phone with our booking agency, we decided to cancel both nights, but still pay for the first night (which was the policy). Still unhappy, the hotel owner refused to let us leave without paying her extra money, and went as far as threatening to call the cops and grabbed our daughter’s bag. We ended up paying her and leaving to avoid scaring the children, but from her aggressive attitude, it seemed this was a very usual interaction between her and hotel customers. I don’t recommend this hotel, there are much nicer hotels right on the beach for cheaper prices

Très bon rapport qualité prix,un accueil chaleureux. Tres propre ,endroit idéal pour séjourner.A quelques km de la plage,un endroit tranquille et reposant. Petit déjeuner à la carte avec des prix très raisonnables.

Un accueil au top. Pendant votre séjour vous faites parti de la famille et c’est super agréable. L’hôtel est situé au calme dans un environnement reposant. Vous êtes sur Koh Lanta donc à proximité des salons de massage restaurants bar et autres assez rapidement. Je recommande! C’est récent propre et dispose du nécessaire. J’y ai passé 3 nuits et je reviendrai
