We have traveled all over Thailand, and this had to be the most pleasant surprise of all. The rooms were far beyond our expectations, the grounds were like a well kept terrarium, the food was excellent the staff were awesome and the large resident Tortoise was unexpected treat

Bad odors in the bathroom especially in the evening Faucet and toilet defective Torn and dirty shower curtain No réception TV Mold in cabinet Traces of mold on the ceiling Sliding entrance door does not close properly Click making noise Trash behind the bungalows Owner detestable

Lovely secluded bungalow with pool

We stayed here for a month and had a wonderful time. The bungalow is well appointed with microwave, gas hob, fridge etc, aircon in all 3 rooms, cleaning and linen services, and a lovely pool that's usually empty. Vikky the owner tried his best to cater to our requests, and how cat was very friendly too. The price was excellent too. Highly recommended!

So we spent 3 months there in their VERY small bungalows. I mean, for the price we paid (12,000 baths + almost 2000 for water/electricity/cleaning ONCE A MONTH), we could have found way bigger, cleaner places in Samui ! Just like Ivo1Samui said, we were shown the Thai hospitality by removing the towels in our very first minutes there. Welcome. There were bedbugs and the mattress was bone-hard !!! Cleaning cost 300 baths and took place only once a month... Wifi was so terrible, we even stayed a week without it... Finally, we lost our 320€ deposit because we didn't stay there a whole year ! The Manager kept our deposit, no matter our paying always on time (and even in advance) every month ! Only pros are the tropical garden and their Cambodian staff who are so nice. Swimming pool is not even a pro, as it was always so filthy !

i rented a bungalow here for 2 months. very nice tropical garden and swimmingpool.on the day of my arrival after a whole day of traveling i wanted to take a shower,but could not find towels.so i asked Vik the manager about that, maybe they forgot .If i wanted towels i got to go to big C and buy me towels because they don't provide them for monthly rentings.What a nice way to show the Thai hospitality !We agreed for a weekly cleaning and change of bedsheets at thb 300. in these 2 months my place was "cleaned" 3 times, so i bought cleaningstuff myself in that same big c.The bungalows are very basic and not updated in since openingday i guess. the tv was out of a museum and it would have surpriced me if it was already a colour tv .The place is extremely noisy at night till 2 and even 3 AM from loud music out the neighbourhood. not from time to time but every night!So if you are looking for a place with some comfort( bonehard matrass !!) an peace at night be aware!! twice he charged me for the use of electricity whitout even a look on the meter ... i did not discuss about that because the farang will always loose such discussion.By leaving for the airport i passed the manager while in my taxi : not even a good bye or a " have a safe trip".so, i want come back here, never again.
