Stay was comfort,Breakfast was very good staff are very polite and friendly.Food test was very good. All the receptionist are very friendly and polite,helpful . I am recommended too all for this Hotel.

Very good staff. They have good knowledge of their profession. The food at soul kitchen restaurant is good. The buffet was good though it can get much better. The rates are fine and the menu needs lots of changes. Housekeeping staffs are really prompt and courteous. The receptionist was also very good

It's a good stay. We usually drop by visitel many times for their food and rooms. It's like a second best place after Barsana . I travel from jamshedpur. Yet they never disappoint me in check in or food orders. The food quality can be much better but things have changed since 2021. It shows that the management has done a great work

We went back on March 15th for a small reunion at the banquet. The food is okay. The ambience needs little more makeover but overall the service of the team makes it up. Its value for money. Not so expensive. Do not expect superb delight in all but the team tried and keeps on trying hard to satisfy their guest. We like that attitude.

It's a good property with considerable pricing. Staff is good and quite helpful in resolving any issues. Best thing is their flexibility with everything mainly with regular guest. They even remeber ourfood preferences
