spent one night here after staying at sister hotel The Triton....no comparison...basic .room..basic breakfast area. no view... no proper sunbeds on roof pool.just bean bags to sit on??and .we were bitten to death by mosqitos .their..in room ..girl was friendly on reception and helpful ..

Excellent choice for a comfortable and safe stay on the magnificent island of Kos!!very clean rooms...kind personnel and helpful people always at our disposal for any information...enough variety and tasteful materials for a rich breakfast...very close to everywhere on the island...full of interesting historical places around and nowadays shops...do not hesitate to book Maritina!!!

Unfriendly Staff/Waist of Money

I couldn't let this one slide .... this experience was totally unacceptable. The Staff is just horribly miserable . it is just so sad to see such misery. ( I have traveled all over the world and have never ever experienced this ) We honestly couldn't figure out what was wrong with these people . Rude and NOT ACCOMMODATING >.Maria at the Reception is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!!!! This woman is Mean so sad to see that in a lady ... She definitely is not good for customer service , I would keep her FAR from guests . We finally booked a different hotel for the remainder of our stay on this beautiful island . Our House keeping lady was super sweet but thats about it . Total Joke don't even waist your money. Lets touch on the "Breakfast" horrible the food was greasy and cold just terrible NOT one good thing about this Hotel ,,, the thing is if at least the staff was pleasant maybe everything else could have been dealt with but they need to go to some Anger Management classes!!!!!! What an AWFUL experience ...

Enjoyed a nine day stay here - comfortable room, excellent housekeeping. Breakfast buffet very good and plenty of it, (even when those typical pesky sunbed baggers demolished the breakfast buffet, took over the breakfast area and then took even more food for their packed lunch) - the buffet was generously replenished by staff for the rest of us. The Hotel retains its Greek charm. Would return.

A NICE CITY HOTEL

I've just return from a three day business trip from Kos.I choose MARITINA a nice cheap city hotel at the middle of town.We were a team of three persons and we reserve a nice room with three beds at the second floor at the backyard of the building(No 219).Nice decorated,good dimensions,with a nice flat tv a safe deposit box(without charge)and a mini refrigerator.At the lobby area there is a bar and also an internet corner .There is a small parking zone at the front of the hotel(the space is very limited only for three cars.Of course there is a small problem with the doors of the rooms.You must take care to close carefully.There a pool bar with a small pool at the upper floor of the hotel,Nice to have some relaxing time over there.The prices at the bar are logical.All the stuff are very helpful and polite.The breakfast area located next to lobby.It was nice but I expected more.There is free wifi at all the area of the hotel.I read some reviews about the A/C at the rooms but ours was functionalThe only negative was the small balcony and without view.Thanks a lot all the staff.
