Hotel was clean and had everything you needed in the room . Breakfast which due to covid was brought to your room with lots of choice and was lovely . Staff were very helpful and polite on hand if you needed them . Luckily we stayed at the back of the hotel do it was very quiet and we had a pleasant stay for 3 nights for my husbands birthday .

aparthotel pergamin hotel 26 Dluga Street Krakow. These apartments are situated about 5 minutes walk from the main square. The rooms are basic and ours looked nothing like the ones in these pictures. The walls and floors of the rooms must be so thin as the rooms are ridiculously noisy, what a racket from the room above ours for 4 days. There was no cleaner in our room at all in the 4 days we spent here. Luckily we had 4 sets of towels to use but there was 4 days worth of rubbish in our bins. There was a sour smell in the lift and the same in our bathroom. There is no food available yet it says there is. Free WiFi. Would I stay here again?? No 👎 I would only give it 2 stars

Moved from one pergamin to another 2 days before going. Pictures look great but not sure where they've been taken. The location is great but the place could be doing with a bit if a face lift, the people on the desk were nice and helpful. Theres a pizza place right next door does fab pizza. If you're going shopping for a wedding dress then this street is packed with wedding shops.

we went to Krkow for my 50th birthday and this was our first city trip. we had arranged a private transfer to the hotel and i had already google earthed it and stret mapped it so on arrial it felt like id already been in the street. The hotel hasnt got much of a "hotel" look from the street but its lovey inside. We were met by a lovely girl on reception who booked us in and was very helpful in answering any questions. we stayed on the first floor and the room was well equipted for our needs. there was clean towels and shower gel/shampoo also hairdryer. There was tea and coffee in the room and a wel stocked mini bar which at polands prices was very cheap. There was a television and ample wardrobe space. The room was clean and tidy and the only niggle was the bed was uncomfortable but thats my opinion as im a terrible sleeper anyway. Theres a safe in the room too Staff were friendly and we had no problems. we were offered the option of brakfast but we didnt need it as we found going into town which is a stones throw away more adventurous for us. The hotel has tram stops close by and to get to the main square was only a 5 minute walk. Krakow is a wonderful cty and i highly recomment staying ta this hotel when you go. we went march 9th till 13th so you may want to take a warm jacket. Also the day we came home poland went into lockdown but we were welcomed everywhere we went and loved our time there.
Great place to stay
