I totally recommend Drago House. You can’t beat the location, just around the corner from the main square. Rooms were clean , beds comfortable. The AC unit in the room totally surprised us. The only problem was parking which was located about 12 minutes walk from the hotel and costs 50 zl per night.

Ideally located stay, close to the lively main square. The main train station is a straightforward 20-minute walk. Everything was as described, and the property was sparkling clean. The only downside was that there was no one physically available at the reception to interact with during my stay. Although the hotel staff were always quick to respond to my queries by message, it would have been helpful to have someone present physically, as I needed info on some local tours. Highly recommended overall. Thank you!

The hostel is in a great location. All places of interest nearby. Paid parking is available nearby. The staff were kind and helpful. The room was clean. The air conditioner worked perfectly. The bed mattress was too soft.

Hotel staff were sexist and did not help with complaints about other guests harrasing us!!!! The bathroom we got was out in the hall, private but you have to leave your room and the light switch is outside... When I brought up the issue of some guys turning off our bathroom lights and pounding on our private bathroom door the hotel staff did NOTHING and instead said "Boys will be boys"...That's not an excuse and instead I felt mocked. Do not stay here if you want a peaceful quiet stay. The whole stay was very stressful. There was music pounding until 2am from a restaurant or bar right outside our window?? along with rude guests across the hall that the staff would not even say anything to. I would not return here and instead spend an extra $10 on a better hotel.

Myself and a group of friends (16 in total) recently decided to give this place a try on our 9th visit to Kraków! The location is absolutely perfect with the main square literally a stones throw from the property. The price is also great value and the staff here are worthy of note! Really friendly, helpful and polite. You already know a lot of the rooms share a bathroom on the corridor which I suppose isn’t ideal but it is clearly stated when booking. Would definitely recommend this place!
