Tras dudar entre varios hoteles en Cracovia, definitivamente nos decidimos por este hotel y fue una denlas mejores elecciones, tanto el personal como habitación,desayuno todo y digo TODO estaba perfecto...el desayuno tipo picnic para llevar a una excursión estaba muy bien...queremos agradeceros q después de días de mucho cansancio nos brindarais un entorno tan agradable🤗

Escogi el hotel porque està a 10 minutos del centro ciudad, buena comunicación para salir y entrar de la ciudad. Para mi no es un hotel de 3 estrellas a lo sumo 2. - Es muy normal , la habitación , los servicios, el desayuno ( no disponen de bolleria ). Esta situado en una calle bastante oscura, pase por delante del hotel con el coche sin verlo, reprogramé el Gps y la segunda vez lo encontré. Buena conexion wifi nada a mas destacar.

visited as part of a group stay in Kracow. This hotel proved to be a very clean, well maintained, modern and welcoming place to stay in beautiful Kracow. Staff were professional and helpful always with a genuine smile! Breakfast was one of the best experienced - well presented buffet style with local and international items and in plentiful supply. The hotel decor was stylish and in perfect condition throughout. Just a 20 minute pleasant stroll into the old town so quiet and peaceful surroundings. Found it faultless and made our vist even more enjoyable. Will definatly return and recommend to others.

We recently stayed with 21 students- and were very well treated! All rooms were clean and comfortable, with modern bathrooms, comfy beds and excellent housekeeping. The pre ordered meals for our group, which included many different dietary requirements, were great: we all ate on time, the food was of excellent quality, with the breakfast options varied and vast. As an added bonus, the games room with pool table and bowling alley offered us a place to meet and relax. Staff were at all times very helpful and polite. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

A first stay at this hotel and I found the overall experience a very positive one. The rooms are spacious, well equipped, very clean, tidy and well maintained. The staff I encountered were, without exception, extremely friendly, helpful with good customer service skills. My stay included half board and I thought the standard and quality of the meals served was very good indeed. The hotel isn’t in the most central of locations but it is by the river and only a short and very pleasant walk from the old town. The area is quiet too. The hotel also has a games room which has a 2 lane bowling alley - another plus factor (especially if you are travelling with teenagers). I was very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend it to fellow travellers.
