Great location, service, on-site bar, and no charge for our dogs. We loved the modern feel of the hotel and rooms. The hotel is super convenient to everything in the Jewish Quarter and there are tons of scooters available if your destination is a bit out of walking distance.

new and modern hotel, well equipped room, though staff at breakfast is highly disorganised, as well as the layout of the buffet. Staff bumped into me, spilling my orange juice, no apologies made 😖. Refilling the food at the buffet should be taken far more seriously.

such a great an amazing hotel beautiful hotel , 5 min walk from the Jewish quarter, comfort bed, amazing service. they even have its own bakery ! and free coffee/tea all day. in addition , they supply free bikes to tour the city. thank you so much for amazing staying!

Reception staff were very polite, professional and helpful (thank you Martin). Room is modern with many features for connectivity and comfort. Breakfast was nothing short of OUTSTANDING! Food was fresh and plentiful, and the gourmet/handmade dishes were absolutely delicious. The serving staff were kind, attentive and professional. The quality of the hotel and the professionalism of its staff cannot be understated. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay and it’s a great location to a bakery, supermarket, money exchange, and local eateries + it’s easy walk to the square which made its location absolutely perfect. When we visit Krakow again we will assuredly stay at this superbly comfortable and well managed hotel! 6 stars.

Typical Puro standards maintained - recommended hotel, working for 3 days whilst enjoying Krakow outside of the 9-5. Returning guest, staff excellent as always. Check if the location suits you as it's a good walk to the Old Town.
