Sanjai Ahnbu Ramlah Pravin Waran Food is great and the place are comfortable. Hopefully i can do visit here once again . Super best facilities with unlimited services . There are many variety food are served and good . Last but not least , i hope that this hotel will be successful hote .

I love everything bout this hotel, what a great hospitality given by the staff, especially Sanjai that served us during the breakfast time. Thank you Hilton. What a pleasant stay. My kids really enjoyed. I would love to recommend this hotel to my friends and family

Sanjai, Noor, Pravin & ahnbu best service at restaurant..good communication..love all about Hilton KL..will confirm come again..room is very comfortable, love the environment..kids love the pool..we repeat the hot chocolate..delicious

Executive lounge service needs to be improved

For my latest stay here earlier this month, I was fortunate to be given an upgrade as a Gold member to the executive room which automatically entitles me for the executive lounge excess. My reservation was made for 3 days and 2 nights. On the second day there in the evening, we decided to go to the executive lounge as it was closed during MCO and has recently reopened. The lounge was spacious and maybe due to the timing there is only 1 table with 2-3 guest and us, 2 pax. Walking in the lounge I was confused as there was no associates available at the front counter so I walked in and saw an associate was playing with her phone. She came to us and asked how may she helped us, and I gave her my room number. Excuse my ignorance, as that was what I have practiced in other hotels executive lounge as they would normally wants to ensure that the guest is allowed to be there. After giving my room number she asked me again, "How may I help you?" And I replied, confusedly I believe my room comes with the lounge access. So she said. Oh, ok. You may sit. So I sat down for good 5 minutes, but she was playing with her phone. And I'm again baffled. Is this a self-service lounge? But I do not see that the coffee machine is self-service friendly not was I given with a drink menu at least. Fair enough I was frustrated and we left. I went back to my room and packed my bags for check-out although I have another night booked and it was already 5pm in the evening. As I honestly do not see the point of staying at a supposed 5-star hotel with such ignorance service. To be fair the the whole team, I understand this is a difficult time, hotel industry is picking up with insufficient team member, and I have never encountered such service from the team throughout my numerous stays there. I believe this is a very rare case happened in this esteemed hotel, but unfortunately that one service was such a disappointment. During checkout, I have also conveyed this to the Manager in charge at the counter and he apologies. I am 3 nights away for my Diamond status but whenever I intend to book I am always reminded of that incident and decided to just stay somewhere else. I guess sometimes it's true that one rotten apple spoils the whole barrel.
