We booked multiple rooms for our trip in this hotel and I dint expect much facilities since its more of a pilgrimage trip. Right from check-in we had issues. We reached by 2:30pm and our check-in time was 12pm still our rooms were not ready. After 20 mins they allocated 2 proper rooms and gave a small third room and I had to argue and wait for some more time to get a proper third room. We requested extra bed and paid for it but when we came back in the evening they simply said no extra bed available and offered a duvet which we can use it on a floor as third bed. The AC was leaking, water heater was malfunctioning. While I was visiting reception for all these complaints I could see other guests with similar complaints. 4 other rooms had short circuit issue because of which AC's were not working. This property might have been a great place 5 or 10 years back but right now it needs lot of renovation and proper maintenance. It's NOT worth 3K per night. Plus the staff were totally clueless on how to manage guests or issues. This group seems to be running multiple hotels but I'm not sure how come they are so careless with one of their prime property.

Execellent stay and very comfortable by the hotel staff gives. We room are very big and bathroom also big.hotel located was centre of the city.mahamaham tank also 500 meter far away for the hotel. And car parking also very big. I can suggested to my friends and relatives. 😘

Very poor WiFi connectivity & no meals in house

Wifi connectivity very very poor. No restaurant. Not even tea coffee service in house. Wuthin the floor where rioms are situated there are 2 levels.There are better hotels near by.unfortunately booked here.

This hotel is behind (10 mins walk) from Mahamaham tank. The hotel has huge open parking adjacent to the hotel building. The rooms are quite big, spacious and clean. The check-in was smooth. The hotel have not restaurant, but, Instead we had food near other hotels 500m from this hotel.

Service , accommodation every thing is good. Especially mr. vetri vignesh guided me very well for temple and all . I definitely recommend for the people for all kind of occasions .its a nice stay for me
