Hotel is clean and used Covid 19 Protocol starting when we are check in until out The staff is polite and kind to handle our order, we get free upgrade to Superior Room and the Swimming pool is really clean
Best Hotel near Kuta Beach
We had a great stay at this hotel. Hotel Staff was very cooperative,polite, helpful and friendly(specially Dwi jaya and Juni). Even they had upgraded our standard room . Hotel Ambiance is Nice and clean. Best thing is it's walkable distance from beach around 100m. Breakfast buffet was great and they have options for vegetarians as well. Swimming pool is also very clean and have a very nice view of beach. Room was small but it was nice with all required amenities. Overall stay was nice. Totally Recommended. Will stay next time as well.
It is what it is
The standard room is quite small, but comfy and clean, but I suggest you avoid this type of room and choose other type of room so you're not getting a room next to the Janitor room, bcoz it's so noisy. Everything else is fine, except how the other guests slam the room door because it's heavy and the corridor is kinda dark though. The staffs is okay, the facility is good and the overall cleanliness of the hotel is decent.

Overall the hotel is good with a covid 19 protocol, the restaurant area is clean also the room Breakfast is buffet set up and used a protocol covid 19 so we feel safe to take a breakfast there, they give us a mask when we left it at the room

all staff are very helpful, especially Prisqllia (Front Office), Breakfast was very nice, they have large room, comfortable and clean too. I was very happy to stay in best western. Thank you for the hospitality.
