El lobby es antiguo y tal vez feo, estuve en una suite y era espectacular, súper moderna nada que ver con el hall, deben mejorar la atención del servicio, no son muy amables. La piscina es grande con bar incorporado spa y gym

If only they had a perfect lost & found procedure

our stay at Mega Boutique, room 502, was actually more than fine. the room we stayed in was clean and the staff was quite responsive. however, after we checked out on January 8 in the morning, we realized at night, that our 2 packages of frozen food were left in the fridge in room 502. I called the hotel immediately ... it was picked up by the employee who asked me to give time to check housekeeping . 5 minutes later we called back only to get an answer that they didn't find our frozen food in the fridge. we knew to have put it exactly in the fridge. however, miraculously, abracadabra... hocus pocus... the food disappeared without a trace. it's a shame, our stay experience was quite good, but leaving an unpleasant impression on the lost & found hotel service. hope the hotel management pays a close attention in their housekeeping team integrity.

The room is big and cheap but the cleanliness and services are poor. Most of the personnel are not wearing a mask and not warm. It's noisy because of the busy streets. The internet connection is so slow.

I've been stay here several times and this place was my favorite hotel, close with shopping mall , and easy to go anywhere due you don't need to get traffic cause of the location on tje main road. Breakfast with many variant and good taste . Room with big size and bathtub. Recommended!

We stayed 2 nights at that hotel. It was near to big shopping malls in Kuta. It had big rooms with clean and big bathroom. We can taste many kinds of food at breakfast. The staff were friendly. The feature I liked most was the big tree and fish pond inside the hotel. There was also amazing roof top pool and bar.
