This Hotel located very close to Kyoto station, especially if you ride Shinkansen you will go out from Kyoto Station Hachijoguchi Exit which is roughly only 3 minutes walk from there. Staffs are friendly and kind. the room also spacious and it have everything! They even have rice cooker and toast. So you don't need to bring anything I guess. Bed is soft, Shower are super cool, you have to see it by yourself, they have so many types of sprays, room wall also very thick. It was raining when I'm about to check out but I didn't hear sound of rain at all from inside. Normally they give you buffet for breakfast but because of Corona Virus they prepare 1 by 1 for each person. However the breakfast set was really delicious. Very satisfied and its very recommended

Stayed at Eph hotel Kyoto for 3 nights, and this is the best hotel so far we've been stayed compare to Tokyo and Osaka which have similar price range. Everything was so great, the location is perfect near the JR Kyoto only 4 minutes walking distance. The room facilities are complete and they have washing machine too inside the room. And especially the hotel staff, they are all soo friendly and very helpful always smiling and greeting. Will definitely stay again here if I have chance to comeback and visiting Kyoto in the future.

Fabulous hotel with great staff

We stayed in this lovely, welcoming, and new hotel recently as a family of 4 adults.The staff were outstanding and super friendly, The hotel is very close to Kyoto station and the rooms are beautiful with many nice touches. Breakfast was great with many options. Highly recommend :) Thank you for a lovely stay!

Hotel locate very close to Kyoto station and Department Store, we can walk just a few minutes. Room is quite new, clean and comfort. Bathroom and toilet is very good. No problem for senior who use wheelchair to stay here. Staff is very supportive. Breakfast is good. Hotel locate in small alley but just 10-20 meters to the road

brand new boutique hotel. rooms are posh and bigger than average, complete with washer and dryer. nice and clean. good breakfast. Concierge Yui is very professional. She speaks fluent english and italian good prices and location (few hundred metres behind Central Station).
