Merit Crystal Cove Hotel

I'll start with the positives..... lovely food and always a fabulous selection. Our room was very comfortable and had a nice balcony. This is not what I would consider a 5 star hotel. The entrance to the hotel is horrible... the foyer is a haze of smoke and absolutely stinks of cigarettes, not great for young children and non smokers. We arrived on a Saturday night to flashing casino lights and groups of people walking in and out of the casino, very tacky and not the 5 star welcome we were expecting. The receptionist barely spoke English and gave us no information about the hotel. We would highly recommend visiting the other Merit hotels nearby which are lovely, smoke free and not a flashy casino sign or a metal detector in sight!!

Amazing place,amazing facilities, all inclusive what more can you ask for. We have been couple of times with family never can get enough of it. It is the best hotel in northern Cyprus. Best food, best service you can get from a hotel. I love it all-ready planing to go back this summer. Staff in the hotel is very polite thanks to Pinar Goktas she has been amazing very kind and helpful. Keep up the great service. Nihal Cizer family xx

Just returned from our Christmas Break it was amazing the service was outstanding the staff couldn't do enough for you so unbelievably helpful. The food was fantastic the presentation was 5 star I would defy anyone not to find something to there liking the selection was fantastic. The public rooms where clean and comfortable the bedrooms well furnished to a high standard and clean. The grounds are well kept despite the rather damp weather. An all round great place.

Yet another fabulous Christmas function at this excellent hotel. Food, staff, entertainment & room all top quality. Many thanks for a wonderful function at Xmas. The indoor spa pool very much appreciated on a wet Boxing Day. Will definitely be back next year.

I’ve been to the merit Crystal Cove five times. And every time I’ve been there I’ve never been disappointed. The food is amazing it is such a lovely place to relax. the hotel is always spotless staff are always happy to help. like to say a big thank you too Turan on reception I had a bit of a problem with my room and Turan sorted it out straight away. if you want somewhere to relax this is the place to stay.
