I offered my wife a Rituel Corps Polynesian massage. As she went there and started the session, she asked how it worked and they mentioned they start with a Gommage. She did not know that was not part of the massage I ordered. In short, she received a treatment we did not order and I was contacted afterwards because the Spa wanted to be paid. I went to the Spa and paid, mentioning I did not find that really good and would appreciate a feedback from the management. I wanted 1 week and received no feedback. I sent an Email to explain, I was surprised. Here again, after 1 week no response. That is why I am here and give only 2 stars: in summary 5* price but no 5* service. If you add the fact my wife mentioned a standard massage and that the spa is not very nice (loud, no so clean ...), I do not recommend this place.

A fabulous introduction to skiing, the hotel arranged a great instructor called Stephan. The hotel was luxurious, we can’t wait to return. A really good selection of restaurants in town, really friendly staff. Lovely!

Lovely hotel and the staff were fantastic, from Reception, to the Bar and in both Restaurants. We had a Junior Suite looking out onto the town and it was spacious and very comfortable. Already planning to return March 23. Highly recommended.

A lovely modern property, with really friendly and helpful management and staff, excellent dining facilities, and superbly located in the village. Beautiful rooms, well appointed, but without sufficient attention to hanging and shelf space, and inefficient shower over bath arrangement.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time staying in this hotel.lovely room with great view and beside the ski lifts.The food was excellent.Every member of staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure that we enjoyed our stay.We definitely hope to return.
