Everything at The Lodge was amazing! We had some of the only kids during our stay and the staff treated them very well! If you can, choose a ocean/golf view! The food at Grill and A.R. Valentien was outstanding! 10/10 for everything!

I was booking a room for my boss and Renee in reservations went above and beyond. She was so helpful and patient and answered all of my questions (and trust me I was asking weird ones). Not to mention very professional and well spoken too! Great experience on the phone.

Beautiful resort with excellent service

My husband and I stayed at this resort on our mini-moon and we're so glad we did. The views from the resort are gorgeous- we enjoyed sitting by the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. The resort is a quick walk to the Torrey Pines reserve, which is a spectacular hike, we had a wonderful day exploring the trails- which you can take all the way down to the beach. The restaurants on the property are wonderful and the service is excellent- we especially appreciated Gus at the Grill who provided us with a complimentary dessert upon hearing we were on our mini-moon. The yoga class held in the interior courtyard was wonderful and the massage at the spa was divine. My husband and I are not golfers but found there as plenty to do to keep us entertained. The rooms themselves are wonderful- the shower and bath are large, the bed are comfortable. We loved having room service on our balcony. My only comment is that the tile on the bathroom floor can be quite slippery, so be careful when walking there.

Bad idea to choose this place if you don't golf. There is not much to do and if you like the proximity of the beach, find another place in La Jolla. Place ideal for older people, not for friends or family.

Great place to stay. The staff at Torrey Pines Lodge were friendly and accommodating. The Grill serves delicious food & drinks. The golf was awesome, played both North & South courses during our stay. Spa services and Lodge amenities were top notch.
