Very nice place
Very nice hotel in a nice quiet area, 9-10 min drive from Plaza de Armas. Everything seems to be new, clean and well mantained. Our room was lovely, with a nice view of the city. Very pleasant and helpfull staff. Aprox 5 min after making the reservation I was contacted on whatsapp by the reception asking when we arrive and if we have any specific requests. There is a private parking which we found very usefull. I would definitely stay here again.
A Welcome Oasis
Arvo Hotel is a lovely hotel a little out of the center of Trujillo. It was a welcome oasis after a hard first week in Peru. Our room was comfortable and quiet. There is a dining room on the second floor where breakfast is served in the mornings. In the evenings, a limited dinner menu is served here. A couple evenings during our stay, we used a table in this area to play card games. There is also a small room in the lobby which can be used as a business area. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating--called taxis for us, arranged for our room to be cleaned no matter how late we vacated the room. The only negative we had about the room was the size. It was very small, there were no luggage racks, and there was no furniture on which to place a suitcase.
Excelente servicio
Despite bad weather conditions during our stay (mudfloadings all over the city) the staff of this hotel kindly did their best to give us a neat stay. Offers us snacks and fruit without cost during the shortage of food due to the floading. Let us a free of charge late check out in order to have a shower before leaving (city was all dusty). Room was clean and confy
Cozy and Top Quality
I stayed for a over a week on a business trip. The place has the best bedding and the cleanest rooms in town. I personally have allergy issues and the area is known as the least humid in town. There are plenty areas for running or jogging as well. Overall , the hotel service and infrastructure makes you feel like home.

Mi familia y yo disfrutamos cuatro días en este excelente Hotel Boutique. Excelente por su ubicación, cómodas instalaciones, agradable decoración y sobre todo, trato muy cordial. Su ubicación nos permitió sentirnos seguros en un bonito entorno urbano. Ademas pudimos disfrutar de descanso sin ruidos del exterior.
