The hotel is situated in the village of Villaverde in the municipality of La Oliva, 10 minutes from Cotillo, 10 minutes from the Natural Park of Corralejo with its great beaches and dunes, 25 minutes from the capital Puerto del Rosario and 35 minutes from the airport. This is the first rural hotel in the north of Fuerteventura, and the second on the island. It is an old Majorera farmhouse that once belonged to the Calero Rugama family.
