Lovely stay
We had a lovely week stay in December over our wedding anniversary , apartment was clean and well equipped for what we needed , we went bed and breakfast , breakfast was very good , plenty of choice , will definitely be back sometime
Great holyday
We were here for 10 days in June. For the price we paid we weren’t expecting much. Clean. Good size of the apartment. We were in apartment faced the pool and was really quite. Good terrace and furniture. Staff very helpful and friendly, especially at the restaurant. Car hire is a must for the island, I also recomend to visit Santa Cruz. Moins d'infos
Fab!
Just spent a weekend there and I can safely say you should try it too. Bar, restaurant, mini golf and swimming pool. What else could I ask for? Quiet, beautiful and near the sea. Supermarket across the way and plenty of parking. Amidst bars and restaurants.
Very clean and cosy looking hotel
We stayed in that hotel for a week last year . We were very impressed with cleanliness and how presentful the hotel was. The food was excellent: large choice and very tasty. The staff were very friendly, helpful, informative and organised. We went on many excursions and I was impressed how helpful and diligent our receptionist was when assisting us with our itineraries, bookings etc. I also liked the close proximity of amenities such as shops, pharmacy and restaurants. The promenade near the hotel is splendid, so this is another positive factor. I was very satisfied with my experience there.
View to a wall, and very dark apartment
We were a family, who have book 3 apartments. Allready in october 2018, we asked for apartments at second floor, which the hotel promised they would try to find. Unfortunately all 3 apartments were on base floor. They write: "All apartments are situated in a tropical garden". We had a view to a wall, some cars and another hotel - and a single vey small palm tree. The window in the kitchen was broken, we asked first day for a fixed, but 14 days later - still broken. We arrived thursday - same day I asked for a room change. They told me to get back next day. Friday - the very nice lady in the reception told me, that we saturday could move to an apartment upstairs in the same area as the family, we were very happy, but Saturday - they have forgotten all about this.. so we decided to stay. Despite the apartment - the hotel is situated fine, and cleaning service is OK. We would like to go back to lovely La Palma, also to Los Cancajos - but never again La Caleta.
