Beautiful property and fantastic service, especially from Eric in the banquets department
I went to a wedding this past weekend at Casa de Campos. It was a beautiful property, the staff was incredibly friendly, and there were too many opportunities to enjoy in just a weekend. A special thanks to the banquet department, and Eric in particular for going well above and beyond in making us feel like welcomed and appreciated guests.
Beautiful Wedding Venue and AMAZING Service
We had an incredible stay celebrating a lovely couple for their wedding. The hotel and staff was extremely clean and went above and beyond to ensure we had amazing service and took their cleanliness and covid compliance seriously/effectively. Our favorite server by far was Ms. Judith at the hotel pool. She was friendly, kind, attentive and made us feel special and catered. We can’t wait to come back to this beautiful resort and, especially, for the wonderful staff and service! Mahalo from Hawaii!
Covid vacation
We were so hesitant to take the leap during a pandemic, but after a lot of research and consideration we did it and we are so glad! VIP arrival at the airport, our own socially distant villa with a pool and open air dining everywhere. We actually felt safer there with the resort protocols than in NY. Dorcas was our private butler/housekeeper and was with us the entire time. She was AMAZING and we definitely want her with us when we come back. Anything we needed, she was attentive and so kind. My son still asks for her orange juice and banana pancakes. Sherly was our concierge and was super helpful in making any requests happen while we were on property. Total professional even with helping us sort out our covid test to return back to NY. We are hoping to repeat it all later this year!
Casa de Campo
The best part of this place is the people. Maybe the friendliest and hard working in the world. Always happy to see Antonio, Beatriz and Benjamin at breakfast. Judy by the pool and Marionella at the bar at night. So many names to mention. They are the heart and soul of the resort. Fabulous food. Clean. Can’t wait to visit again
Amazing golf resort
Went here with 3 friends and everything was fantastic from the rooms, staff and food. The golf courses were some of the best I've played in the world and I got my first hole in one on the 16th hole of teeth of the dog.
